I have twin boys, so laundry is a never-ending part of my life, and this dryer actually keeps up with our routine. It holds a TON. I can put in blankets, bedding, towels, and big family loads without having to break anything apart. The dry time is fast. Way faster than my last dryer. Even thick towels and heavy fabrics come out fully dry on the first cycle. It saves me time, energy, and frustration — and in a home with two toddlers, that matters. It's also quiet. I can run laundry at night after the boys are asleep and it doesn't wake anyone up or rumble through the house. The design looks clean and modern. It matches my Samsung washer perfectly and actually looks good in the laundry area, not bulky or outdated. The lint trap is easy to clean and actually catches everything. For how much lint and fuzz comes out of kids' laundry, this is a big deal. The control panel is simple to use. Nothing confusing, just straightforward cycles that cover what a normal family actually needs. Everything comes out warm, soft, and truly dry — not half-damp and needing a second round. This dryer has made my laundry routine smoother, easier, and honestly faster. For busy families, especially families with kids, this is worth every penny. 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer works quite well but there are a few things we wish it did differently. We wish the internal light was a bit brighter. Very hard to see small darker clothes (socks being the main culprit). Also with the sensor cycle had a bit more flexibility. We like drying at low heat hoping to avoid shrinkage. Unfortunately, when you do the auto/sensor cycles, you are not able to change the heat level. Default is medium. The only way to select a lower heat setting is by doing a timed cycle and then you risk shrinkage due to drying too long. Our only way around it is to do 20-30 minutes at a time on low and check to see if the items are dry. The app allows and app on your phone when the cycle is done, which is helpful. Dryer looks good and holds a decent amount.

My only complaint is there is no light inside. I can't see and the dryer is in my dim basement. Samsung please add a light to the inside of the dryer and then it would be perfect.

It is very large and was able to dry my king faux goose down comforter in 2 cycles. The dryer is smart so it is linked to my refrigerator and washer and they all send notifications to my phone. With my washer and dryer being in the basement I never hear when a load has finished but I always know when it is done or has extended the dry time. I love that the dryer is so smart that it will extend the time so my clothes are actually dry after the one load. The filter is in a convienient spot for me to clean off, its in the front bottom where the door latches. I appreciate that I don't need to stretch all the way to the back of the dryer to empty it. Im vertically challenged 5'3 so its not always an easy task. Highly reccommend this dryer and matching washing machine.

It connects to my phone so I always know how much time is left for the cycle and get a notification when the load is done. This makes laundry so much easier when juggling children around. The clothes come out dry and soft without needing to run extra cycles, even with bulky items like comforters or towels. The controls are easily accessible and easy to use. I do love how quiet it is compared to the older dryer model we had. Our laundry space is inside the guest bathroom so I really appreciate that it fits in the tight space while still offering me a large wash capacity. The clean white modern design looks great in the space and ties in perfectly as a combo with the washer. Overall, this is a nice upgrade that saves me time and makes laundry day less of a chore.

Previous washers I've had, and the agitator in the center and this one doesn't so you can fit more clothes in there without having to worry about are they going to be off balance because I didn't put the same weight all the way around the drum but with this washer I just toss the clothes in and I don't have to worry about it. I really like the fact that it's a smart washer and I can start paws and resume the cycle from my phone or smart device, another plus is the fact that after the clothes are done spinning and take them out and spend so much of the water out that they're almost dry already. One con I have with the washer is that you have to turn the washer on and then press the smart control button to be able to control the washer instead of the Smart control function being on 100% of the time.

You can control the dryer from your app as long as you turn on the smart control button The dryer sensory feature ensure that the clothes are dry and helps save on energy. The only thing I don't like is the dryer does not have a light inside so its very dark pulling the laundry out.
