[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has been wonderful. There’s plenty of space for even a comforter and easy to use with soothing bells and sounds. The SmartThings app adds to the level of convenience - I’m notified when the load finishes through the TV if watching and on the phone. There is as well a fun song when the cycle is complete. We have 6 people doing laundry in our house so the load capacity also reduces the amount of time needed to get all of our laundry done! The only downfall is I don’t see an interior light in the dryer when the doors open. If that’s the only downfall, it’s still a great dryer!

The connection with Smartthings is great because I often throw clothes in the dryer and go run errands. Sometimes I am gone for a while and my clothes get wrinkled. Now I can re-start the dryer remotely if I am out longer than expected. Also, this dryer is really quiet. My home office is just outside the laundry room, and my old dryer was noisy. I can barely here this one at all if I close the door. Set up and connection to Wifi and Smartthings were simple and took no time at all. I also discovered the Auto cycle link recently, which will select the best drying cycle based what the wash cycle was...so I don't have to figure that out anymore. I am really happy with my decision to pick up this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this dryer, it's huge inside. I was amazed to see it fit my king sized fluffy comforter. No longer do I have shrunken clothes, the dryer senses when the clothes are dry without overdrying and burning the fibers. The clothes feel soft even with softener. And the straight forward options take the thinking out of what setting to put it on. Connecting it to the SmartThings app is so helpful, you can see how much time is left and it will notify you when done. And if you connect it to Alexa then it will be announced when the dryer is finished as well. It is easily the best dryer I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago, so far no real issues. The only thing is it takes forever to dry, I believe the shortest cycle is 20 minutes and honestly 20 minutes will only dry a handful of clothes, not an entire load. But overall great.

I have run multiple loads through it at a variety of temperatures and settings and it keep performing above and beyond what I expected. The lint trap is capturing a lot of debris off the clothes, and the clothes are coming out dry and fluffy and perfect for folding. It stays quiet and doesn’t bounce or rattle like other machines I have owned. Samsung has a nice variety of settings , and I especially like the ones that dry with a sensor. I need to turn down the jingle that plays when it is done, but otherwise it has been a Godsend in our home laundry room! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: It does a great job drying my clothes and linens (even my king sized comforter) as I would expect from any dryer (that is when it isn’t over-full) but some things that set it apart from other dryers that I would like to point out are: -Sensor Dry, which helps keep you from over-drying your clothes. It works wonderfully when the drum isn’t overfilled. -The Wrinkle Prevent setting, and the dry cycles Wrinkle Release, and Steam are some of my favorites and the most useful cycles available. I use them regularly. -My love the Samsung SmartThings App. I can set up and start my dryer from my phone when the dryer and smart control is on. This has been very handy and extremely convenient! I can see the status of where it is in the cycle from the app and how much time is left. My phone will notify me when it is done or if there are any changes to the cycle. -Auto Cycle Link is amazingly convenient and makes the transition from wash to dry a breeze! When this is enabled the dryer will automatically select the best dry cycle based on the wash cycle that just ran! So if I just ran a wash cycle on Bedding/Waterproof the dryer will auto link it to dry on Bedding. This has been great when I just need someone to throw the stuff in the dryer and hit start, they don’t even need to think about it. Cons: -While Sensor Dry is one of the best features of this dryer, it can be a big pain if I have too big of a load of laundry and overfill the dryer. I will find that my items are not dry enough when I go to take them out. The dryer will stop the cycle when it detects that the humidity in the drum is too low, but they are always just too damp (especially clothes in the middle) and I need to run it again, but it still detects the humidity as too low and stops the second cycle too soon. So it is a battle to get it to dry them to the dryness I desire. The best way I’ve found to get around this problem when I overfill the dryer is to run the dryer on whatever cycle I need with wrinkle prevent turned on, then when I get the notification that the cycle is over, push the Time Dry cycle to the dryer for 20, 40, or 60 minutes to get it dried all the way (but I don't like that those are the only time options). -Reversible door was not very easy to switch over. Overall, I am very happy with this dryer and would recommend it if you are interested in a wi-fi smart dryer with a fantastic app and can refrain yourself from overfilling it to take advantage of the sensor dry functionality.

We replaced our Maytag dryer and I couldn’t be happier! This dryer not only gets clothes dry and fresh, it is quieter and more energy efficient. The smart feature is so handy, and the capacity accommodates our busy family’s needs including bedding and loads of towels! Highly recommend.

This Dryer Is the worst My Family member told me not to purchase It,but I already had the washer.My friend claimed this Dryer was nice.She lied It takes 2 to 4 cycles for your clothing to dry.Biggest mistake I made 4 months ago.Im definitely going back to whirlpool!
