The middle section of the love seat does not fit properly and needs to be fixed still waiting on call back as to when they are going to fix it.

This is a very nice reclining set. The fabric is very sturdy and nice. The set is really comfortable. All the recliners would be great additions.

Frame broke on recliner

I would first like to say we used this set for a year and the frame is covered for 3 years. Customer service is awful, 1st call they said they would get back to me to see if their supervisor said it was covered, waited 2 days, called back. This call they said they had to get ahold of Sam's online to see how they would refund. Waited 2 days and called back. Keep in mind they said they would get back to me. 3rd call, This call they informed us there was Noone in the area to come out and look at the recliner.They would have someone come and pick it up.The 4th call they said that they needed to know if we were going to just return the recliner or the whole set. We asked what were they going to refund us for the recliner, she said they can't tell us until we decide if we were returning all. Well we didn't want to just settle for an unknown amount so we said take it all then. Then they said they would set up a company to come out and pick up. We received a call from a company that was going to set up pick up and if we didn't get a call within 2 days call again. 5th call, the company hasn't received paperwork to pick up. Hour later the company calls and they think it's is still in package and only weighs 110lbs. He was going to come alone! No idea how this will end up, but as of now this is the worst customer service I have ever came across.

Delivery was awful

I bought this set on Dec 2nd, couldn't beat the price for a three piece set that reclines. I just received it yesterday (Jan 12th). So it took over a month to receive. This was the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. I'm assuming this was through a third party. Initially they called and told me to expect delivery to be the week of Dec 26th. So I took the week off work because they wouldn't give me a specific date or time. They called me on Dec 26th saying this would need to be rescheduled because one of the pieces didn't make it to the warehouse and said it would be a few more days. The next day I received a call saying it was received (weird) and we were good to go. Again telling me they couldn't deliver until the next week without giving a specific date or time. At this point I am pretty frustrated because I took a week off work for this. I wasn't going to have this option again. They said they would get back to me about weekend delivery but never did. Long story short, they called me on a Monday (Jan 9th) stated they are delivering on Thursday (Jan 12th) and that's just that. They basically said delivery is at their convenience and not mine and if Thursday didn't work for me it would need to be rescheduled another month out. So, had to called off work to receive this furniture. It started to rain pretty heavy that day, they pulled up in a uhaul truck and then called me to say they will need to reschedule (while outside my house) due to the weather. Needless to say, I was not nice this time around so everything was delivered and set up Thursday (yesterday). Furniture is great, beautiful color, very comfortable, just what I was looking for. But I will never be working with Sam's club delivery again. I would rather rent my own uhaul and struggle to get it up a set of stairs on my own before having to deal with them again and that's saying something. It would have even been cheaper for me to do that since the delivery and set up added another couple hundred to the bill.

So far, so good.

I bought this as a replacement to another set I purchased online that was of poor quality. I've had this set for a month now, and no complaints. The fabric is a little darker than ideal for my room, but pretty true to what it looks like online. Overall, I am happy with this purchase!

sofa set

I purchased this set on line, thru Sam’s. After I ordered I made a trip to Sam’s and this sofa was on the floor. I was hoping the material and color would be the same. It was delivered to our driveway because of COVID-19. Its Very comfortable and easy to clean. Workmanship is Awesome! Thank you.
