I bought this 14X10 Barrington gazebo about 1 month ago. It was delivered in excellent condition. I had 1 roof corner ridge cap that was bent and did not realize it until I came to that instruction since it was wrapped in plastic and stacked. However, I put that ridge cap in the back of the gazebo so it can't be seen. The gazebo went together very well. The cedar was all in very good condition and all the holes were in the right places. The roof was the biggest challenge. I put the roof sections up with the help of my wife and daughter. My biggest challenge was the ridge cap channel. The roof sections did not come together like it should have for smooth insertion of the ridge cap channel. One roof section is higher than the other and the channel could not be properly installed - it comes out on one side about half way up the roof so, I added some extra screws to make it hopefully stay. I would have given it a 5 star if the roof ridge channel went smoother. I placed this gazebo on 4 cement pads that all went 45 inches deep beyond frost line. I sealed the gazebo with oil based sealer which went on very nicely.

Added an additional 14x10 Cordova to one installed in 2021. Very good quality for a kit, every piece well marked and plenty of extra fasteners. The only complaints; would like to see a small amount of the finish included to cover scratches and scrapes during instillation, protective material on the metal roof panels is a real bugger to peal off ( this was one of the more time consuming parts of the project), The exterior finish on the roof panels should be of a sturdier product ( the roofing finish on the existing Cordova installed in 2021 is gone and already needs recoating, I'll need to find a matching color)

Love this gazebo. The delivery was great the delivery guy brought the boxes to the back of the house for me which saved my back. Backyard has great documentation for the install which i partly did by my self with a little help from my wife. I had a neighbor and his son with the roof section and everything went smooth. One thing i did do was upgrade the anchors. We can get some nasty monsoons here in Arizona. The gazebo is a well designed and sturdy unit.

Backyard Discovery has wonderful, friendly customer service. They helped us track our order and arrange for it's set up. The set up was awesome. They were on time, thorough, communicated aftercare, and cleaned everything up when done. We love our gazebo!

Well built. Only mistakes were ones I made. If you’re having trouble fitting boards review the build because you probably have the wrong board in the wrong place. Looks great and definitely keeps the temp down. Plan on spending more time outdoors this summer. The sun gets really hot here in Texas. Very happy. Customer service was great

shipping went well they were able to unload the gazebo onto my trailer so I could take it to my cottage to put it up. For the most part the instructions for assembly were clear with a couple of minor exceptions. It did take two of us way more than the 12 hours stated in the directions (closer to 30 hours) but it went quicker as time went on. Overall a good experience to build and it looks great finished.

So glad we purchased this gazebo. It was a challenge to assemble but everything was clear between the paper instructions and the Bilt app. Using both helped us confirm a few tricky assemblies with the roof panels. We did it with two people until the roof panels went up. Four is just right. Having several ladders was ideal. Best to watch the video and sort out the hardware and lumber by number before you plan to do the build. It turned out beautiful, smells wonderfully of cedar, and we began using it immediately. Two trim pieces had some plastic packing melted on them that we couldn’t remove. I emailed customer service and they were replaced immediately. Shipped within days. No regrets here. Highly recommend!

Follow the instructions very carefully. Have all required tools and an organized assembly area. Have at least 3 adults for placing roofing sections in place. The gazebo is awesome. We have had it up for a week and spend every night enjoying our new peaceful place in our backyard. I highly recommend this product.

We are super pleased with the quality and appearance of this gazebo. Assembly was easy thanks to the excellent and clear instructions, and all the parts fit together perfectly. The gazebo is attractive and enjoyable, and we get frequent compliments on it from visitors.

Received a 12x10 barrington gazebo a Month ago going together really well had one board that was damaged during shipping but was replaced in a timely manner. Still putting it together between the afternoon storms here. Very good instructions on how to assemble and going together perfectly. I sealed every board before starting to assemble. It’s just my wife and I assembling the gazebo and we are handling it very well. All you need is a vague ability to put an erector set together. Great product
