So I will start with this review in regards to our first gazebo. The first one we put it together, it took about a day or so, definitely is do able with 2 people that have very little experience. I absolutely loved it we had the lights around the inside carpet down it definitely set the tone for a relaxing backyard. But, I skipped a step and own 100 percent of this. I failed to secure this monster gazebo into my stamped concrete patio and it was a costly mistake. With that being said, we loved it so much that I of course had to purchase another one. Same size, same location. The second one we put up I had paid for the company to install it. This was money WELL spent. This team of guys came in and blasted this thing up in about 5 hours. The one thing the installation company doesn’t do is secure it to the patio. (WHICH IMMEDIATELY DID). So this summer we look forward to enjoying this. I can’t stress it enough since I have purchased 2, well worth it!!

We did have someone assemble for us; however, no issues were noted. We loved this product so much, we purchased another for our pool, and the large grill gazebo. Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to purchase this product again for other areas. Don't hesitate, buy it. In my opinion, you won't be sorry!

happy that I bought this a month ago. Just need to see how it does when it rains. Has been able to do very well with the winds. The 4 ridge pieces should hold but we will see with time. The quality of the material was good but had problems with some of the pieces being under/over length. some of the pieces were warped. Had a delay on one of the 12' roof panels that cost me some time to erect and money for a worker that came out of town. All in all once I received the right size pieces the hole thing when up without a problem.

I bought this kit about a month ago. 5 boxes with the heaviest around 200lbs. No parts were missing after unpacking. Everything was labeled well. Pretty straightforward and detailed instructions. Takes 2 people about 2 days install. Tips: sort and put in order all of the wood and same with the hardware by number. I placed my gazebo on a paver patio so I had to remove a few pavers to place 4 footers 12" round and 32" deep then reinstalled pavers. Also when you installed the footers, use the Sampson post plates instead of what they give you. This will give you a little leeway or ability to adjust. Don't even go to forward until your post are absolutely square and level. Hardest part of the job is peeling the shri k wrap off the metal panels, miserable tedious job. Looks beautiful next to the pool area and I bought a 1 x 6x8 cedar board and cut pieces to accent the pole bottoms.to.not see post brackets. SUPER well made product but takes some time to do it right. Also don't right and get a gallon of seal once and coat each cedar board. Also it doesnt say it anywhere but this gazebo is ve ted at the top too. Good luck and worth it when done!

I wanted to hire a contractor to build a covered add on but it was way to expensive. I'm so glad I found this gazebo. I have not one thing to say bad about this product. It came in 4 or 5 boxes- earlier than expected which was a plus. The first thing I recommend is to find the box with the instructions and follow them from start to finish and you will not have any issues. It will start with telling how to unpack the boxes and lay everything out... yes guys, this is important. This product came with 4 clamps, drill bits, just about all you need to get the job done. You will be amazed how quality this product is. All the boards were pre-cut, pre- notched, pre- drilled, everything fit just as it was supposed to. We did have to change the order up a tad bit since we were building it on our deck up against the roof on the house, but it still worked great. It was designed to be built in the open. We also added guttering to ours to help keep the splatters down. (something to be considered as an add on maybe- it looks great) We have gotten so many compliments on it and everyone in agreement with how solid it is and well built. I hope this review lets you know just how much you need one of these. I don't think we've ever made a better purchase or have been happier than we are with this one. Don't think twice - just buy it. You won't be sorry. It''s now November and we still love it. I tell myself every day what a great investment this was

I bought this a few weeks ago and we are in love with it. Our back deck is all sun and it is too hot to spend time out there. We bought a few cheaper quality gazebos that didn’t last and decided to get a high quality one this year. We were highly impressed on the quality. Delivery updates were provided and it was delivered on time. The delivery persons were courteous and handled everything professionally. The directions are very clear, the parts are well labeled, extra screws are provided if you drop or lose one and it was overall easy to put together. We were concerned about putting on the roof pieces, that they would be too heavy-but they were not. My husband and I were able to lift them into place easily. We needed to contact the company regarding an error my husband made with the screws. Customer service was great and they put the screws in the mail promptly. This is a company that stands behind their product!! I would recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased this back in March and got it last Wednesday. I completed it today ,with everyone trying to go cheap on their product I was very impressed with the quality of the material. The instructions are very easy to follow I laid out the material as instructed and everything went smoothly.The only thing I needed help on was installing the roof pieces.I was only short 14 1/4 flat washers which is impressive considering the number of pieces with this product. I called and they are sending me some flat washers, I went to the hardware store and got some and painted them black I. Order to complete it today the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy the instructions were to follow and there is also step-by-step instructions in the Built app to follow along with. The wood is light enough that I was able to easily maneuver the pieces myself. My neighbor is a contractor and he told me that he was surprised how quickly and efficiently I was able to put the thing together by myself. I did need help lifting the constructed room pieces onto the frame, but that only took about 20 minutes with 3 people. It is well crafted and looks great!
