I absolutely love this rug! It is so soft and pretty. However, I can't vacuum it. I've tried all the settings on the vacuum, and they all pick the rug up. I have pets, I need to vacuum! So, I am sad to have to take it back.

We love this rug, but DO NOT try and dry it in your dryer. Take it to a laundromat instead. The washer can't ring out enough water, and the dryer now squeaks and grinds.

It's so soft and beautiful! Great quality for the price. It is not a thick and "luxury" rug.. It is washable. Ignore the bad reviews; just know what you're buying!

Not impressed. Just received my 8x10. I bought the color infinite gray. It's brown. More brown here than gray. I have no brown in my furniture. Very diappointed.

I got the blue medallion and the colors are more beautiful in person. So soft. Very impressed for the price. I haven't washed it yet but it wipes off nicely.

Bought a bunch of these rugs thinking they were an awesome find, not. They unravel when washed and do not hold up well. Now they say they are non returnable, yet they are Sams brand. bad quality, bad store

For less than $100 I think it's definitely worth it. Great for kids due to the softness and easy cleaning of it. Like others have stated, it isn't compatible with high suction power vacuums. It's a struggle trying to roll our vacuum over it. Will need to use a lower suction power vacuum. It's been a good year & the rug has held up quite well. We have not attempted to wash it yet as there are heavy furnitures set on top of the rug, but hopefully it will not ruin the rug when washed & dried. Wish the size could be a little wider and the vacuuming wasn't such a struggle, so we can give it a 5 stars rating.

I saw this at Sam’s and I was like wow will fit in washer so it will be easy to handle. I have dogs I use indoor outdoor area rugs I have to clean often, this works great for me. And so pretty. Looks and feels like a high end rug. Great price to. I recommend.

This rug is extremely soft. The thing that I like best about it however, is that it has no odor. I am extremely sensitive to the off-gasing of new rugs/carpet and this rug doesn’t bother me at all. I bought one rug, and then ordered another because I liked it so much. I ordered the largest rug and I haven’t washed it in a machine, but it spot cleans easily.

We got a whole set of Castle Grey for the house. I was a little worried about them holding up with a toddler but honestly we are super impressed. The large size fits in our washing machine. I've been able to wash out chili and strawberries without an issue. Our vacuum did stick to it until I adjusted the height to vacuum "bare floor" and now I have no issues. I just wish there were even more color options!
