It’s not a great rug honestly. I was really hoping it would be but it is very thin which I understand that’s so it can be washed but it’s annoying because it moves all over the place even with furniture on it. You can’t vacuum it with a regular vacuum because it gets sucked up. When I washed it it almost broke my washing machine and I had to wash it twice because it kept getting balled up and not clean and it smelled really bad. I eventually gave up because I didn’t want to break my washer.

Don’t buy! Super disappointed, wanted to love it!! Rug is beautiful, very soft and the idea of it being washable is amazing but you cannot vacuum!! I have both a dyson and a shark, they are different types of vacuums and it is impossible to vacuum it! I ended up returning!

While this rug gave off wonderful first impressions … I quickly began to disappoint! It was very difficult to vacuum, lifted off the floor and bunched under chairs and with traffic. On the first wash the entire rug just looked dingy and the color continued to look worse and worse with each wash. After less then 6 months we’ve already had to replace it.

Have bought this rug (different styles) 10+ times over several years. We like the design and color choices. Unfortunately they have changed the edging of the rug. After a week or two the edges are very frayed. We have a Roomba vacuum. We did not have the same fraying on rugs purchased 1-2 years ago. We have an older version of this rug that the edges look better than the new rugs after a couple of weeks. We normally change out these rugs every 1-2 years because of wear. Since they are inexpensive rugs, we don’t expect a log life on the rugs that have more wear on them.

The softest rug you’ll ever touch and feels amazing under your feet. The patterns all look very high-end. It’s a GREAT price! A rug this size typically goes for three times as much. My only problem is that it can't be vacuumed with a standard machine! Only very low suction will work. Both of my Dysons failed but the Roomba has no issue. Haven't washed it yet but I don't forsee any issues. The

The rug arrived in torn packaging, with a 4" wide black stripe halfway down the length of the rug. It looks like the open package was hauled across a dirty warehouse floor. The rug was also much thinner than I expected. I don't know how I'll return it because I'm elderly and have neither the strength nor the vehicle to haul a large rug back to the store.

Ordered 2 rugs, 1 came in correct pattern and 1 was wrong. Also, FedEx is terrible so both rugs arrived dirty/damaged, and took 3 weeks to be delivered. The company that Sam's Club uses to fill these orders (Home Dynamix) can't be trusted, neither can FedEx. Buy at your own risk!! Sams customer service no help with wrong/damaged item, wanted me to ship back first before anything can be done.

Edges frayed, it is bulky compared to real Ruggables. Im giving it 3 stars because the only way to clean it is to wash it. My Dyson sucks it right up into it even with the spinning brush turned off. Since I have dogs this really does not work for me.

I love the look and feel of this rug but I cannot vacuum it which is terrible when you have pets and children! I don’t want to wash it all the time, I literally just want to get the loose dirt off of it and can’t. I have tried 2 different vacuums and neither will work. It cuts my suction off every time.

I bought this less than a month ago because it is advertised as high traffic and stain resistant. Maybe would be true if the color is dark and you just can't see the marks in it. Bought the light gray one and after 2 weeks of normal wear and tear it looks awful. Washed it and it doesn't come clean. No spills just normal kid traffic. So disappointed
