This ring is exactly that, it’s really comfortable to sleep in, super durable, and measures so many things sometimes it’s even a bit overwhelming. Additionally the app and the ring get updated regularly and in the short time I’ve had it they’ve added a bunch of new features. Really excited to see how the ring keeps evolving :)

Ultrahuman sends me notifications Concerning my optimal time when I should go to bed and in the morning lets me know how I did. Also super is the information about the caffeine window and the fact that you can enter the drinks you consume. The ability to log workouts is also great. Battery life is optimal. The ring's software is update frequently so you can see new features coming and the Ultrahuman gets better every day. I heartily recommend it.

It tracks a lot of metrics very effectively and provides me a comprehensive report. Though I must also mention that my purchasing experience was harrowing as I was sold a defected ring and it took a whole day at a store to get a new ring. Also, the ring sometimes captures my sleep hours incorrectly despite software and firmware updates

I like the features and especially the constant strive for improvements though I feel like the app design was prettier before the „big“ update. One thing I find quite interesting is the discreptency in steps between my iPhone und the ring with the latter always being lower even though I don‘t carry my phone everywhere with me. Overall I‘m very happy and would recommend the ring to everyone who wants a smart ring.
