I love that you don’t have to pay a monthly fee for the app, that’s why I chose this option instead of the Oura. I have had some problems with the ring tracking and syncing both my sleep and activity at times, which is a little frustrating. I’ve contacted support through the app and each time they’ve been helpful! I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend!

I was worried about battery life, but it's amazing...I can go a few days without charging and then ~45 minute charge gets it back to full battery. I really appreciate the sleep and period tracking insights. It definitely makes me feel more in tune with my body, which was the whole reason I wanted this ring to begin with! I do wish that the ring came with the specific charging block voltage that they recommend using. It really is imperative for charging that you use a low-voltage charger, which are kind of hard to find so I wish that they would include them. I feel like that would solve a lot of people's problems with their ringing battery.

It is far more accurate than my Apple Watch at tracking sleep and I find it helpful that it suggests possible causes for sleep issues. Some wear issues from normal use that I would have hoped for better given the cost.
