I also really like the sleep tracking. It helps me identify things that hinder my sleep. Overall the ring helps me understand my body better so that I can treat it better.

I am using the ultrahuman ring . Its a great product . Good built, the data and the insight dashboard is very clean and easily readable . I would be happy if I am able to customize my dashboard . For example . When I wake up, I want to see my sleep data first , cz the movement has not yet started. The app should automaticlly move the movement widget on top after it has recorded a certain steps . Another cool feature would be , top 3 metrics to focus on for next one month . there are lots of metric and not every time every day I will have all metric 100% or optimal , but lets say I am a runner (Which I am ), I would want to know top 3 (could be any number) metric to focus on to improve my running goal / recovery score from X to Y . Sort of personal coach or motivator

I bought my Ultra Human ring in April, and while I love all the insights and the look of it. I have two issues with is, the first is how easily it scratches. I always wear a silicone cover over it while lifting weights but even during everyday it gets more scratched each day. And second is the battery life, its advertised to last for 4-6 days but really it only lasts for 3 days. I have tried chill mode but still the advertisement does not align with its battery capabilities.

I like the features and especially the constant strive for improvements though I feel like the app design was prettier before the „big“ update. One thing I find quite interesting is the discreptency in steps between my iPhone und the ring with the latter always being lower even though I don‘t carry my phone everywhere with me. Overall I‘m very happy and would recommend the ring to everyone who wants a smart ring.
