The sauce has an overpowering mustard flavor so if you're not a mustard fan then this is not for you. Use it sparingly since the flavor can overpower everything. I was not a fan of this flavor sadly. The only good thing is I liked the ease of use in the container it came in.

It's creamy, tangy, slightly sweet, slightly smoky and pairs well with grilled or fried chicken. Actually, pairs well with anything! I spread it on bread and made a turkey sandwich and it was delicious!

Not quite spicy, not quite sweet. Definitely passable if I didn't have anything else but not something I'd choose!

I think this has a little too much vinegar and mustard for my taste but if that's for you I'd say this is perfect. I'm a vegetarian but I think it goes well with impossible chicken patties and nuggets so I'm sure it would be great with real chicken.
