45 calories per slice loaded with fiber.... the spread is a main staple in my household. oh yeah 1 g of sugar, no high fructose corn syrup. 😁

Thought it was the thicker heftier heartybread, but it was the simple slices only with oats on the edges.

i like this bread as part of a low carb diet. It's pretty expensive for a loaf of bread but lasts a while bc I'm the only one eating it.
