[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a 2 pack of Dig Defense XL animal barriers. The manufacturer recommended this size for maximum protection and gap repair. The barriers are made of 4 Gauge Galvanized Steel with 1 1/2" Spacing and solid welds. Our neighbors dog is very destructive and constantly digs and bites the fence in an attempt to dominate our dogs. As a result, the earth has been dug out from our fence line and created gaps. These solid metal barriers should fix this. While I would love to secure my entire fence line with these, I can’t afford too. This is a really expensive solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Dig Defence No-Dig XL Animal Barriers work great for our purposes. We have a fenced-in area of our yard which allows our dogs to go outside on their own for fresh air and potty usage. Our large dogs have been digging under our fence when bored leaving us with massive holes to fill. These animal barriers have eliminated the digging issues that we had. They were easy to install with the use of a mallet. We had some issues with large rocks, but once we dug them out, the fences went into place with no further issues. I recommend these when you are trying to keep your dogs from digging under a fence or keep other critters from digging into your property.

This has helped a lot in making sure she does not. It is easy to get into the ground next to the fence and really sturdy.

I got those to build a fence barrier for my dogs and it didn't work because of the size. Other than that is very very sturdy and strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dig Defence 2 pack of No-Dig XL Animal Barrier could not have come at a better time. My neighbor just got a new dog that loves to dig. He has dug a hole under our fence and has been in our back yard twice this last week. I was able to use the Dig Defence Animal Barrier to keep him out. This XL animal barrier fence is made of strong 4-gauge galvanized steel. Once placed in the ground, it is very sturdy. It is also very durable and thick. It was very simple to install. I used a rubber mallet to help me hammer it into the ground. Once it was placed, it sat flush up against my fence. I like that this is a two-pack. Each piece measures 24-inches wide by 15-inches deep. I like that I can place it deep into the ground, so when he digs again he won't be able to come under the fence. I also like that the spike spacing is small at 1.5-inches apart. This fence was simple to set up, and was ready to go right out of the box. This fence is a great way to block gaps and keep animals out. It is a simple solution that requires no maintenance.

My dog does not dig but my neighbors dogs on the other hand love to dig to come visit my dog and these are exactly what I needed to stop that from happening!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have neighbors who don't seem to understand what a leash law means. It's not only annoying, but also gets our dogs (on their leads) sick from time to time. No, we don't keep our dogs out all the time, but do hook them up to a lead to use the bathroom then bring them back in. When the neighbor's dog does gross stuff in our yard, not only do we have to pick it up and dispose of it if we see it, we have to deal with our dogs smelling/rolling in/sometimes eating what the neighbor's dog leaves behind. (It's gross, but many dogs eat what other dogs drop.) These barriers are to the rescue. The back of our property has a fence that is not ours and therefor we can't maintain it. We can, however, add these strong no dig animal barriers on our side to keep the roaming neighbor dogs out of our yard. I have placed them in place without pounding them in yet so you can see the size. Because of the ivys growing near where I want the barriers I will need to put on long sleeves before installing them. Pros: Seem very strong. Seem very durable. The gaps are small enough to let smaller wildlife through while keeping out unwanted dogs. Heavy so dogs and/or other larger animals can't move them. Cons: None Suggestions: *Like many metals, there is a black residue on the metal. You will want gloves when installing (which should be worn anyway since dealing with metal--protects from unintentional scrapes) Overall I recommend these barriers! They seem like they will last quite a while, so I'm hoping they do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dig defence barriers are made of heavy steel and are made to really go into the ground to prevent digging under the fence. It took some strength to get it into the ground, so I suggest a mallet or hammer to ensure it's secure. So far our dog hasn't tried to dig where we put the two from this pack but we will definitely need more. A simple product that really does stop a nagging issue.
