[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, this is my second Tempur-Pedic. I had the original 7" mattress when they first came out and I loved them then and I continue to love them now. I did develop some back problems through the years when I didn't have a Tempur-Pedic. Now I'm back and I can feel it getting better night by night. Otherwise it's just a quality of comfort you have to experience.

My experience with my incredible mattress is as follows if you don't invest in a good mattress you might as will be sleeping on a wooden plank because Other mattress claim to be were temp mattress just walks the walk Anything else would be uncivilized

I tried this mattress out in the store and the firmness felt perfect. For the first few weeks the firmness was great and it relieved pressure on my spine wonderfully. Then it started to soften more and more to the point where 2 months after buying, I sink all the way down to the springs like I'm on a cheap 20 year old spring mattress. Absolutely horrible. Do not buy.

We slept on the mattress for 33 nights then went to the retailer seeking a refund invoking the 90 refund policy. The mattress is too firm. Both my wife and I slept poorly and got up each morning sore. An exchange for a softer Tempurpedic was going to cost an additional $800 and that became an excessive expense on top of the high price of the original purchase. We chose not to buy it. We are both 60 and of average height and normal weight. The best thing I can say is the refund from the retailer was no hassle.

This was our first memory foam bed, so we thought we were going straight to the top getting the name everyone knows. This bed was uncomfortable from the first night. It felt much firmer than it did in the store, and after reading more reviews, this is usually rated as a medium-firm on the comfort scale. We thought we would give it a fare chance, and ended up sleeping on it nearly the entire sleep trial, but the discomfort and pressure points that made my arms and hands fall asleep never relented. We ended up sending it back, which cost us $150 in freight charges, and it took a whopping 23 days for the refund to get back to our bank from the date the mattress was picked up. I would only recommend this bed to those who like a firm bed, and have money to burn. This mattress always felt hard as a brick to us, and we never saw the value in it for the premium price.

My husband and I tried this mattress in the show room, and it felt very comfortable, however, after having it delivered to our home, it seemed much more firm than what we experienced in the show room. The salesman did say that the brand new mattress would feel a little bit more firm, but it's actually a little too firm for me, and we may switch it out for the softer model.

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress about Thirty years ago and it was the best mattress I ever slept on. I felt it was time to replace the mattress, so I ordered this new one and it is incredible to sleep on, I would not own any type of mattress other than a Tempur-Pedic mattress.

I had made the mistake of listening to online reviews for a bed in a box hybrid mattress that was supposed to be excellent for side sleeping and back issues. Unfortunately for me it was horrible and so incredibly uncomfortable I sent it back after one month. I have Degenerative Disc Disease and a arthritis, so I'm used to sleeping with pain. After many months of trying out every store brand possible I finally gave in and bought the Tempurpedic Adapt all foam. We've had it for just over a week and I literally can't wait to go to bed every night. I have not awakened with hip or back pain one night. The mornings are so much better being able to get out of bed easily not crawl. I'm just kicking myself, that I didn't purchase this mattress years ago!!! Saving up now to get the adjustable base. Little more expensive than some other brands, but worth every penny.

We'd been experiencing significant sag in our 5 year old spring mattress and first replaced with a hybrid purchased online. I've had back pain for months and it just got worse with the new mattress. I thought the pain might be more than a mattress alone could fix, but still decided to return it and replace with the more expensive Tempurpedic Hybrid. My back pain was gone within 2 days and has not returned. I didn't know that was possible and I'm now officially a Tempurpedic convert. The mattress did at first feel quite a bit firmer than the store one we laid on, but it has softened up a lot in the first few weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting out of bed is often the hard, not because I'm in pain, but because I'm so comfortable that I don't won't to move. Purchased the Tempur-Adapt 10 months ago and can say that my quality of sleep has drastically improved. I previously had frequent back and neck pains, this is no longer an issue. The material is cool and I don't wake in a pool of sweat. The investment is worth the price tag. I'm a fully satisfied customer!
