I am a side sleeper and this mattress is very uncomfortable for that. I wake with terrible hip pain and don't sleep all night. I would have exchanged it but had a fractured foot and couldn't get in to mattress firm before the 120 days were up. I would never buy this mattress again. Overpriced for how uncomfortable it is.

I wake up in the morning and don't ache or hurt! I will say I do toss and turn still but I'm a light sleeper. The way this mattress targets your pressure points is amazing! I'm 30 years old weight 245 lbs and have several back issues. When I'm able to pop right out of bed without cracking or feeling tight is a glorious morning! The mattress is nice, soft and padded just right but not where I sunk into it or planked on it like a board. I don't feel myself sweating at night, which was nice for me as I sweat in the slightest heat. The only downside I see is with being a side sleeper, It takes me longer to get "comfy" if I sleep on my side. So now I usually sleep on my back. Big plus, I don't shake the bed when getting in or out! I'm very satisfied with our purchase.

Getting older has provided a hot, sweaty night. The pillows were uncomfortable and we were not receiving quality sleep. Then we were introduced to TEMPUR=Adapt. With a cooling mattress and the best pillows we've ever slept on, we have slept like babies. Remarkable mattress, outstanding pillows.

We are sleeping much better now. The only problem we have is the mattress does become extremely firm when cold so one must be mindful of this factor.

My husband and I purchased the Adapt Medium King mattress after trying several models. We previously had mid to high end conventional mattresses. We would purchase a new mattress every few years. We were also big mattress flippers, constantly trying to spin it to get a better feel. I typically would wake several times a night and rollover to get more comfortable. We bought the Tempur Pedic hybrid medium mattress and the adjustable base with vibration. When you sit or lie, the mattress sinks down in order to absorb your body. It cradles your body so you are not lying on it, but your body sinks into it. The adjustable base is just incredible in that we sleep in a position where it is slightly elevated for the head and that has helped us with several health issues. It helps with acid reflux, post nasal drip, and snoring. We fall asleep with the vibration which sooths and relaxed our bodies after a long day of work.

I do a lot of biking and skiing, so my body feels it at the end of the day, and the purple wasn't up to the task. But the Tempurpedic made an instant impact on my body and my sleep. I have a queen-medium firmness, and it supports my lower back and curves just enough without letting them sink to deep. It truly does form to your body in all the right way, without feeling any other sleepers in the bed. Even when my 100lb dog jumps in at night, I don't feel it.

I wake up feeling rested all over instead of just irritated to start another day having woken up a bunch of time. Was a little warmer under the covers but I've just switched to a lighter blanket and now no issues. Glad I have a mattress I can keep for years now!
