[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying three other less-expensive mattresses, we finally shelled out for a Tempurpedic. Even then, though, we were only so-so about it, until we bought an adjustable base (not TP) to put under it. Not sure why, but that made a huge difference (it was previously on a slatted platform). Now, we're really happy with the mattress... feels great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a king Medium Adapt Hybrid and my life has completely changed. I was very skeptical about investing this much into a mattress, and a king size at that. But my partner, who is 6'4, convinced me. After just the first night we saw a huge difference. Our schedules are very different so normally when one wakes up the other would by default of the movement...not anymore! We both sleep soundly through the night and fall asleep faster. We also have noticed a significant reduction in neck and shoulder pain since switching to tempur-pedic. We are customers for life!

It has just the right ampunt of firmness for people 170 lbs to 200 lbs. You sink in but not too overwhelming only to have a floating feeling with somewhat support. It is good for all positions , back , side , stomach sleepers. That's why it was exactly right amount of firmness, you don't sink in so much but it doesn't feel as hard surface. The Best for back sleepers. No more back pain and strained feeling. Feels cool but not too cool. I don't like very cool feeling so no problem for me, some may find it warmer side than Breeze models. Movement isolation is great. Regaining shape after pressure is faster and feels quality memory foam like. Side supports are good but not exceptional but good thing it gets back to shape very quickly and supportive even it sinks from the sides so no worries about falling out from sides.

It's too soon to say how long this mattress will stay supportive, but so far it's been quite good at relieving the problem pressure points, giving me and my wife a better night's sleep. And it doesn't get too hot, which is a relief. I hope it lasts well!

I purchased a Stern & Foster slept on this mattress for 30 nights and it was the worst 30 nights of my life!! I sent it back. I did my homework, jumped from Store to Store looking at my options, every sales rep explained the benefits of the Tempur-Pedic, I was like the Tree bears trying to figure out which mattress would fit me. I only had one more chance, so I had to make it work! I was Very reluctant to purchase, I choose the ADAPT med Hybrid. I received it on the 15 of April, 2023 and what a difference!!!! My back and hips felt amazing . Getting up was such a pleasure and a Great night sleep was the best gift ever!!! Now I need a pillow .

I am a side sleeper and this mattress is very uncomfortable for that. I wake with terrible hip pain and don't sleep all night. I would have exchanged it but had a fractured foot and couldn't get in to mattress firm before the 120 days were up. I would never buy this mattress again. Overpriced for how uncomfortable it is.

Ive had multiple Tempur-Pedic beds, they are perfectly soft and just melt to your body. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that a bed I had for over a decade still was warrantied by Tempur-Pedic, was the old 20 year prorated warranty. The warranty process was seamless with honestly the best customer service I have seen from any business, ever... Sherrie Dickerson assisted me in upgrading my warranty to a king sized adapt medium, which is just flawless!!! She is a wonderful person!! Sooooo sweet and helpful! Thank you Sherrie! And thank you Tempur-Pedic for being just an awesome company! I will definitely be brand loyal in the future! Keep up the good work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a tempur pedic mattress for the last 15 years - and I finally got one. I had slept on one while a guest at a relative's house, and I have never had such an amazing and restful night of sleep. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Unfortunately, it was explained to me that the tempur "adapt" mattress is the "original" tempur pedic mattress. So that was what was ordered for my house. I have had it for over a week, and I keep waking up in pain every morning. I am very disappointed, as it is not at all reminiscent of a traditional tempur pedic product, in my opinion. I am waiting on a team member to get back to me, so I can get a proper replacement. Fingers crossed
