Very supportive a little firmer then a standard medium. Easier to turn and exit from. We had a 18 year old Tempur and this is an improvement due to the age of the old one.

I have had the bed for 3 weeks, I wake up with neck and back pain. I was told to give it a couple of weeks to get use to the mattress, so far I am not pleased, the mattress was very expensive. I'm disappointed!
