Been using the bed for about 4 months now. It took a while to break it in, but has not sagged yet. We had tons of problems with customer service. Had to move the bed upstairs by OURSELVES, and the bed frame has a hold in it from the shipping company. They chose the wrong shipping company and tried to blame us for accepting the order when it arrived at the front of the house. Like how were we suppose to know this?! Definitely did not get the "white glove" delivery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying three other less-expensive mattresses, we finally shelled out for a Tempurpedic. Even then, though, we were only so-so about it, until we bought an adjustable base (not TP) to put under it. Not sure why, but that made a huge difference (it was previously on a slatted platform). Now, we're really happy with the mattress... feels great.

Didn't know how much we needed a new mattress until we bought this. We both are very old and have lots of aches and pains. This mattress did not disappoint. Sleep much better now. Wish we had bought it years ago. Also bought the adjustable frame and like this also.

This is my third Tempur-Pedic mattress! My first one was given to my daughter, and my second one was given to a friend suffering from cancer. This one felt like an old friend hugging me all night long! I was so excited to get back to a mattress that helps me get the best rest! I no longer wake up with my hands feeling numb, or problems with my sciatica pain. I will never have anything other than a Tempur-Pedic! My next one will be a king sized, and I'll move the queen into our guest room so they can enjoy the comfort of a Tempur-Pedic!

Haven't had a bad night of sleep yet. Only thing I will say is the mattress made us realize how bad our pillows are! We will be upgrading to the tempurpedic pillows as soon as possible! 1 hour of sleep on a tempurpedic equals 6 hours on a traditional mattress. It's in the math people! Quality of sleep gives you quality of life!

The Adapt foam mattress molds to body contours, cradling and providing unparalleled support. The medium-firm foam has proven to be comfortable for back, side and stomach sleeping. Best of all, falling asleep and waking up with asleep limbs has ceased. The only complaint has been Tempur-pedic's mattress Warranty which requires the use of a mattress foundation. We purchased the ultra low profile foundation for our platform bed frame. Unfortunately, the depth of the mattress foundation plus mattress appears dimensionally out of proportion for the platform bed frame.

XL Twin Hybrid Mattresses with the Ease Base. Fantastic! We're both late 60's with various long time issues. Severe back issues are mine, neuropathy and joint problems for him. Extreme reduction in pain levels and reduced fatigue as well. We go to bed in Zero Gravity most every night, read and let our bodies relax, then adjust for sleep. It works so well for us both. Hint. Buy regular twin sheets. They stay on, the XL's not so great. I think ours 11" so don't need deep pockets.

Had high hopes for temper pedic. First, the outer fabric feels smooth and silky which initially I love. However my mattress protector and sheets are always slipping all over the place because of the sleekness. And in reality it doesn't matter to me how the exterior mattress fabric feels as I never sleep directly on it. Drives me crazy multiple times a night adjusting our sheets and mattress protector. My husband has had back problems ever since we upgraded our 15 year old beat up mattress to this one. We've been sleeping on it for over a year. I just can't ever get comfortable. I toss and turn and adjust our sheets and am hot all night. Although looking at the mattress you can't see indentations of where our bodies sleep you can feel it. I'm average size 5ft 3in my husband is solid 6ft 2in and it feels like laying in our mild if that's makes since. If I try to sleep in the middle when he's away I feel as though I roll into one of our molded sleep spots. Like it's nicely firm around where our bodies actually lay. The spots in which our bodies lay is not firm and mushy, For me I feel my mid section sinks. I'm a stomach sleeper and I feel like the mattress sinks where my stomach lays and arches my back. Overall just an awful mattress and we are sick we spent the money on this. We can't afford another one at this time so we are stuck with it for now. My husband ends up on the couch most nights. Neither of us sleep well. Went camping last week and slept in an air mattress. Woke feel refreshed, energetic, more aches or pains. I miss that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thirteen years ago I bought my first tempurpedic classic mattress. I had never been able to sleep comfortably until then. I had a ruptured L5-S1 and a bulging L4-L5 with obvious disc disease. I even found myself sleeping sitting up during chemotherapy treatments. Thirteen years later, my back went out while moving and I noticed my mattress was no longer supporting me. I purchased the new mattress and within 4 days of sleeping on it, I am back to normal. This is a life altering product for me.

It is comfortable and cooling. We appreciate the hybrid construction. Now to find a bed frame that keeps the mattresses from separating from each other!
