[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was on the hunt for the best mattress after always buying random brands at a low price and decided to go with the Temper-Adapt medium. After trying out these mattresses I instantly knew Tempurpedic was the way to go as I could see myself sleeping comfortably on this mattress for years to come. Tempurpedic wins over it's competitors the feel, different cool/heat options, and material are top notch. Pair a mattress with some Tempurpedic pillows and you won't ever want to leave your bed!

The first night I slept on the Adapt mattress I woke up with no more body aches. Only slept on it twice so far and it is a little firm, but everyone who has a Tempur-pedic says it will take about a month to break in. I have Tencel sheets and don't sleep any hotter than my old innerspring mattress. I highly recommend getting a power base so you can lay in zero gravity which takes all the pressure off your lower back. As a total side sleeper, I think I could learn to sleep on my back. Raising the back is great for acid reflux or when you just can't get your pillow the right height. Looking forward to the mattress being broken in and will post another review at that time.

I have had back and neck issues for years. This is the first morning I have woke up with out pain in my back and neck! Also, I have no headache! Best sleep ever. I am saving up for the ease frame! I have to pay one off and then get the other but it's so worth it! Thank you!

I just replaced my old temper-pedic mattress that I slept on for over 23 years with a new tp. TP is the ultimate in great mattresses. I would not consider any other brand of mattress. Thank you TP for such a great product. I can't wait to get into bed each night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first Tempurpedic mattress back in 2004. It was a California King size mattress and I really liked it. Earlier this year I decided to downsize and purchase a Queen size mattress. There are so many memory foam mattresses out there these days, and believe me, I read up on all of them. In the end, I decided to purchase the Tempur-Adapt mattress. I can tell you that I made the right choice. I love it better than my old Tempurpedic mattress and I sleep even better now than I did before! I now fall asleep within the first ten minutes and sleep soundly throughout the night. This mattress isn't cold and hard when I first lay down, nor does it heat me up too much as some memory foam mattresses do. It's perfect for me! Just to let you know, my mattress arrived a couple of weeks before upgrades were done in my home. I ended up having to wait a couple of months before I could sleep on it for the first time, and it was well worth the wait! In case you are wondering what happened to my old Tempurpedic mattress, my daughter wouldn't let me get rid of it so now she is sleeping on it. You can't go wrong with a Tempurpedic!

My wife and I are retired and have bought many beds and we are always disappointed after a short period of time. The disappointment grows as we learn that the new bed is not a solution to our need for a good night's sleep but part of the continuing problem. Our New Tempur-Pedic has been different. We have learned what it feels like to sleep with out pressure points waking you up. To sleep without the movements of the other person waking you up (the bed does not echo movement from the other side). To get to sleep quicker and stay asleep longer. So glad we found Tempur-Pedic. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd tried Sleep Number, Casper, Sealy premium mattresses...this one actually let's you sleep. I wake up feeling rested all over instead of just irritated to start another day having woken up a bunch of time. Was a little warmer under the covers but I've just switched to a lighter blanket and now no issues. Glad I have a mattress I can keep for years now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Queen Tempur-Pedic and loved it so much that when we decided to get a bigger bed we moved the queen to the guest room and bought a king Tempur-Pedic. We got the adjustable base with both which is great for me because I have back problems and being able to raise my head and feet helps to relieve some of the pain.

I've had this mattress for a month now. It was recommended due to the fact that my husband and I sleep in different positions. He's generally a stomach sleeper and I'm a side sleeper. He's generally fine with the mattress and thinks it's a good choice. I on the other hand am experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort that lasts throughout the day. Disappointed. Hoping it's only due to needing a break in period but at this stage it seems unlikely to change. It's also a pretty warm mattress.

While enthusiastic, I was very surprised that after 6 nights 8 could hardly get out of bed or walk. I performed gentle exercises for a couple of hours and then gained courage to walk around a "Big Box" store. The next day the mattress was returned...not for everyone, sorry.
