New replacement mattress was delivered today and when delivery man took plastic off and placed on adjustable base we both noticed a very distinct bulge all the way around the mattress. This is the same reason why the warranty replacement was done. What is the reason for this??? I would like to be contacted. I'm not a happy customer at this point!

We were very reluctant to purchase a mattress at this price but we are SO HAPPY we did!!! I went from waking up in pain everyday and not feeling like I had slept a wink. To not wanting to get out of bed in the morning! This bed is the best thing that has happened to us!

The last one was so bad that we were sleeping in the guest room. So we went mattress shopping. After laying on so many, we decided to buy the Temperpedic Adapt Hybrid Medium. GAME CHANGER!!! This mattress was comfortable from the very get go. We didn't even have a "break in" time, it was just wonderful from the start. So glad we got this mattress, It has provided us restorative necessary sleep. Why on earth did we torture ourselves and wait so long to get a good mattress? This mattress is worth the money. So glad we got this! It it the perfect blend of firm support and comfort. This bed is just a game changer for us.

We have not found it to be comfortable or provide any cooling as sales rep assured us it would be. We bought the special mattress cover and sheets and I am hotter than I was with our previous bed and definitely not as comfortable. It has been 20days & not any different than day 1. We will give it until 30 days and then exchange it for something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress has so many great qualities, where do I start? The support that it gives is amazing! I was having awful back and shoulder pain with my previous mattress and that is absolutely no longer a problem. You cannot feel your partner moving around in the middle of the night so you do not get disturbed by them. Although the prices are high they are undoubtedly worth every penny!!

Since my hip replacement surgery, I had a terrible time getting in and out of bed as our mattress was too tall. We've had Tempur-Pedic before so we went back to this one. I LOVE IT! I can get in and out of bed without a problem, it's SO comfortable and we get a fantastic night's sleep. There is nothing we don't love about it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great mattress.

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic hoping it would help my back problems. Unfortunately it was just the opposite. It made matters worse. I am swapping it out for another brand and taking a loss on the money I paid for the Tempur-Pedic. Sorry, I gave it an honest try.

For the most part we love the bed. No more back or neck pain. We can't feel the other moving around. And we seem to be sleeping much sounder. Coming from a California King to a split king is a little to get use to. It definitely feel a touch smaller. The dog is not thrilled with the new bed at all and has almost pushed the beds apart (the dog gives it four stars). We also purchased the amazing Cloud pillows. So worth it too.

We have spend 32 of the last 34 years on a waterbed. As we have gotten older it became more and more uncomfortable but we were afraid to move to a "real" mattress. However, after spending several nights just getting used to no movement at all, we are sleeping absolutely wonderful. We have been surprised that we enjoy it as much as we do. We would highly recommend it!

My husband loves this bed and is getting better sleep than ever before. He did not sleep well before and he says this bed has prevented him from tossing and turning as much. He prefers a more firm bed and I prefer the more plush beds. I realize this bed is supposed to be on the firmer side, but I'm having a hard time adjusting to just how firm it is-especially when I flip on my side. I toss and turn more than I expected to and when I do, it takes the bed some time to adjust to my new sleep position. I have also been getting very hot every night and have had a hard time regulating my temperature in this bed. Between my husband and I, the bed becomes a heater and we have to turn the air conditioner down to 67° or lower for a semi-comfortable sleeping temperature. I will disclose that I'm 12 weeks pregnant and that may have something to do with my experience.
