[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the mattress and there has been great customer service, I have a lot of neck and back issues and it didn't improve my sleep as much as I had hoped.

The mattress is comfortable, it has helped a lot with numbness of arms and shoulder pain. It is very arm though and we are in the middle of winter in CO. The mattress protector fits kind of snug and same with the tenpirpedic sheet set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TEMPUR-ADAPT medium hybrid mattress is so very comfortable. It fits to your body perfectly like a glove. I am really enjoying my nights sleep.

We have been sleeping on Tempur-pedic mattresses for over 16 years. The one that we replaced was 12 years old and this one is NOT as comfortable as the old one. Haven't decided if we're going to change it to a different type of Tempur-pedic or not.

Completely unhapppy. Felt nothing like it did in the store to the point I am convinced they sent me the wrong mattress. Unfortunately, out of the 90 day return window... stuck with not being able to sleep in my preferred position.

Fabulous customer service. This mattress was given to me as a replacement at no charge. New mattress takes care of any problems I had with the old mattress.
