It's supposed to feel wet even though they're dry I have a T3 to T4 ,20 count. They hold. I'm not sure what how much they hold, because I don't see it anyhow, but other than that, they look pretty cool for a little kid

My son found it pretty difficult to pull them up and down by himself compared to other brands we have tried. These are ok for little accidents during the day but I don't think they would be my first choice to use at nighttime. They are slim so they definitely are not bulky under clothing and they do hug the body so that there are never any leaks. All round, they are not my first choice but I wouldn't be upset if I had to use them.
