Love it

Used this back in my dormitory days. It's super simple and easy to use, and also it keeps my small dorm room clean, fresh and dirt free. Recommended!

TOXIC—LITERALLY SICKENING—AVOID! MINUS 5⭐️

HORRIFIC! 1st use: Barely mopped 1/4 small kitch floor. STOPPED—ACUTE NAUSEA!! Had to LAY DOWN 4HRS—about to VOMIT! REFUND PLEASE!

Good but not lately.

This product has always been great but lately it only cleans on half the pad. I have to turn it around to use the other side. What's wrong?

Works good for ceilings

It reaches tall and in spots I can’t reach. You have to buy the cloths and they are not cheap so it’s not as cost effective in the long run.

Swiffer sweeper wet cloths quickly clean

Like the scent, the wet cloths could be a bit thicker , have to use several to clean large kitchen area. Swiffer cloths clean well and smells fresh.

Pad issues

My pads aren't sticking to the device and it's difficult to use when it doesn't stick. I can't find a solution to the problem.

We're very sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your WetJet Pads; this isn't the experience we want anyone in our Swiffer family, so we're here to help! If you get the pad wet with WetJet solution, it will stick to the bottom of the mop. Place the pad on the bottom of the mop, spray the solution on the floor, and let the pad absorb some of the solution and the pad should stick. If you're still having trouble after that, please give us a call at (800) 742-9220 so we can try and help further.
