This product is advertised as 100% agave tequila. With 33 years of tasting under my belt I can say this has a nice taste profile for mixing basic drinks, BUTI do not believe this is 100% agave as advertised. I believe this is a blended liqueur. It tastes like they used a high quality vodka or similar blend to make it. If push comes to shove, we can have a lab test this - Sam's please make sure your product suppliers are supplying what you list on the label !

I've been buying and drinking MM Silver for about 4 yrs. Granted, it's not a sipping T, but perfectly suited for mixing. Just replenished and quite disappointed in the new flavor profile. The best I can tell is that it is now "smokey", kinda like a reposado but nowhere near as smooth and balanced. I will try again in a few months to see if a newer batch returns to the 2022 flavor.

We have been buying this for years and have always loved it. It’s a great buy for the money. However this last purchase was god awful! I mean I literally poured it down the drain. We tried margaritas and Palomas on different days. Both had an odd grain alcohol taste (not sure how to explain it). Then did a straight taste test with Kirkland 100% agave. Night and day difference. Perhaps they had a bad shipment. But this ain’t the normal stuff.

I'm a light "sipper" of the product. I don't blend it in mixed drinks...straight up for me. I had been buying the El Jimador and J. Cuervo brands and finally decided to try the Members Mark brank. I wish I had done this sooner as this has a relatively smooth flavor compared to the two I mentioned above. Keep in mind that this is not on the same level of Patron, but it is well worth the purchase.

We won’t buy any other brand, now. We tried other warehouse brands, and even more name brands, but this is ever bit as good to “silver” from the big dog of tequilas! Smooth without that “lacquer” smell and aftertaste. You won’t even need salt or lime with this one! IT IS THAT GOOD

I have had the tequilas mentioned by other reviewers and thought this would stand up to them as the previous raters suggested. I looked at all the reviews while I was in the club before purchasing it. I now realize that those reviews were from at least a year ago. There must have been something that went wrong in the production of the latest batch because it has the most horrible taste I have ever had. Upon opening the bottle, it smelled like metal and also had a metallic taste. I know it is not simply me because another review that was posted today and in a different state said essentially the same thing. Perhaps the worst part was Nevada (like Michigan) prohibits the return of opened alcoholic beverages. The staff at the counter treated me like I was idiotic to even try to return it, offered neither a refund or partial refund, and didn't even say they were sorry for the inconvenience. Do not buy this unless you have money to throw away.

I read up on this brand before purchasing … didn’t want to be stuck w a huge bottle of bad tequila … it’s won a lot of awards and is priced very well. It is now my go to for margaritas and I get complimented every time I serve them. It’s a smashing deal and tastes great!

I LOVE margaritas, probably more than the normal person, and this has always been our go to tequila. I wouldn't drink it straight, but it makes for a great margarita. However, we bought a bottle a few weeks ago and it was undrinkable. Thinking we just got a bad bottle, went back and bought another one and it was just as bad. It has a terrible aftertaste. Not sure what has changed, but it's just not good anymore.

A great value for the price. If you're looking for something smooth and easy try something else, this is pretty rough. We were just using it for a bar tequila to make some mango margs so it worked. It's on the same taste profile as say Cuervo or 1800. Definitely not a top shelf delicious tequila, but great value for it regardless.

First time I made a Margarita with this tequila, I didn?t believe I had enough tequila in it, so smooth you can sip it straight too, would compare it to casa noble and the Don, and better then Costco?s, also better then members marks previous supplier of tequila.
