This is the finest coffee available in our region, outside of buying direct. While most coffees have deteriorated for months before being offered, this one is often just a week or two since roasting. High quality well roaster beans.

I just found another reason to love Sam's. This coffee. I drink a light roast Americano every morning and I wanted to find some coffee beans that tasted great, but weren't too expensive. After a lot of searching, this is the one! At 0.74/oz, this is a STEAL. It tastes closer to specialty roasters that you buy from direct rather than grocery store coffee AND at a much better price. It also shows you the "roasted on" date. The next closest grocery store light roast is Starbucks Sunsera (IMO). It is good, but it is more expensive and doesn't taste any better than this and doesn't show you the roasted on date. Highly recommend this one.

Best coffee out there

I really like this coffee. I actually mix it 50/50 with regular Colombian beans. It has a little bit of tanginess to it. Very bright and floral. A more sophisticated coffee than most. It's a really nice whole bean coffee to have access to through Sam's as most of the warehouse coffees sold tend to be towards the darker roast range, which for me ruins coffee.

Great coffee beans! They're fresh and have good flavor. We grind them to use in our espresso machine.

Marketed as light roast but in reality, beans were majority medium to dark roast. Not bad though. Often, as here, in the search for a reasonably priced light roast, experimenting with grind and water heat yields an improved result.
