ive been on prescriptions sleeping meds...melatonin because i deal with insomnia...they dont really work but with zzzquil i know i will get to sleep fast and stay asleep...always have it on hand

These are the best sleep aids on the market. They make me sleep the entire night and I don't geel groggy the next morning. I only take 1 and it does the trick!

I think ZzzzQuil is better than most of the over the counter sleeping aids I have purchased. It works really quick provided you haven't eaten or had snacks for at least four hours before bedtime.

The product arived snd everything inside the bax was damaged. It was not damaged from the carrier it was as put inside the box that way, someone must of had a bad day.

The price i feel is a little on the high side, having said that. that they are very effective and do not leave a drowsy feeling the morning after. All in all I like them very much

I love ZZZQuil. I have trouble sleeping but if I take ONE ZZZQuil around 9pm, I am sleepy by 11 and I sleep until about 5. Normally I sleep from midnight until 3:30 or 4. I take one a night for about 4 days and usually take a break for at least a week. The directions say to take 2 capsules. I don't like to take medication so I started with one and it worked.
