It did not seem to put me to sleep as quickly as had hoped and i did not stay in a deep uninterrupted sleep cycle for very long. But i only had enough in the sample to try it one night, maybe if taken regularly, it would work better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have insomnia, so receiving this sample of ZzzQuill Nighttime Sleep-Aid came just in time. I was somewhat satisfied with this product. I usually have a hard time falling asleep, but with ZzzQuill it was easy. The only thing I had a problem with was falling back asleep during the night after waking up. My overall experience with it was good and I would recommend this product if you're having trouble falling asleep.

While I'm sure they work fairly well for most people, I'm one of those unlucky people who have the opposite reaction to products like this so it didn't work at all for me.

This product did not help me get to sleep or stay asleep, Diphenhydramine may not be strong enough for me. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes. I was hoping it would be a product for me, I have many nights of not being able to fall asleep or stay asleep..

I like ZzzQuil products. It helps me fall asleep in a reasonable time frame, and I do NOT wake up feeling groggy, or in a haze. If you can wake up on your own (without an alarm clock, etc.), you would find you will be alert upon awakening. No hangover effects. Good product!

It definitely helps to sleep work's within 2 hrs for me. ONLY PROBLEM when I stopped using it after the box was almost done, it gave me the worst migraine ever - made me feel sick like my body became addicted to it, I had to lay down most of the day and do literally nothing. Luckily, i had 2 pills left. Once i took it, the migraine was slow going away , but not completely. If you look at the back of the box, in other words, it says that you shouldn't take it long-term. i only took it for a month or less. I'm in bed now trying to figure out what's my next move since now i'm out and am terrified, hoping this headache doesn't continue on to the next following days. I never experienced this with other sleeping aids even the other ZzzQuil's. This ZzzQuil and the sleepaid prescribed by my doctor seroquil are the only ones that give me these types of pressure headaches.

I have been using these since the first week they out. I suffered many years of not being able to sleep for more than 2 hrs at a time, doctors gave me heavy drugs they still did not work.....plus I take many meds and have many health condtions. I tried these since they say non addictive I liked that part. I sleep well and get about 6 to 10 hrs of sleep some nights I wake up feeling good every night. I highly recommend to anyone who can't sleep I have used almost all other pills and none have worked for me.

I've been sadly experiencing a sleeping issue lately due to work stresses, so I decided to give it a try. Overall it did help me to maintain a decent nights sleep, however it caused me some constipation the day after. Due to this, I discontinued usage. I'd switch to melatonin or other alternatives. For the side effects, it wasn't worth the price of admission.
