[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never been effected by any diphenhydramine products, so I was skeptical about ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid from the start. I honestly can say that I could not tell a difference one way or the other. When taking the ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid, I did not fall asleep faster nor did I get a more restful sleep. It was an average night for me. I would like to point out that I also did not have any side effects whatsoever, and that may be important for anyone looking for a nighttime sleep aid. I received a free sample from PINCHme in exchange for my honest and truthful review.

I took it in place of my normal go to product but i was sleepy and groggy the next day. For me, this would be a product to use on the weekend or when I don't have to work the next day.

Took one pill before laying down fo go to sleep, and was knocked out in about ten min. They only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I did feel groggy and sluggish the next day.

I currently take over the counter medication to help me so i was willing to try an over the counter medication. I loved how fast it made me fall asleep, however it didn't keep me asleep. I woke up 5 hours into my sleep and couldn't fall back asleep.

While it did help me sleep it also left me extremely groggy the next morning. And the active ingredient is the same as Benadryl which is much cheaper & has the exact same effect.
