The ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid didn't work any better or worse than the other sleep aids I have tried. I didn't fall asleep faster, and still had difficulty staying asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes for me, falling asleep can be hard because my mind is racing. Taking ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep. The best part is the next morning I feel rested and not drowsy.

When I woke up I didn't feel extremely groggy like I have with other sleeping aids. I think I would try this again when I'm having trouble sleeping, but if you're expecting a deep sleep without waking up, then you should probably try a different product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does for sure work, it makes me very sleepy, however recent studies have linked its frequent use to Parkinson's disease, so i definitely want to avoid it. I'd recommend getting some good Sleepytime tea with valerian root instead - it is about as effective and not linked to dementia.

I honestly don't like taking drugs and usually don't have the need for sleep aid. I did have a night however, where I was unusually restless and had a big work event the following day so I decided to try the ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid. It wasn't hard to swollow so that was a plus on my end because I hate pills. I did fall asleep, but the question is would I have anyway? Probably. I can't rate the product truthfully because I fell asleep, but I have no way of telling if I fell asleep fast than I would have if I didn't take the pill. I also slept fine, but I normally do so I can't rate it on that either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received the free sample for zzzquil nighttime sleep aid. i do not have trouble sleeping, but my husband does so he tried it out. unfortunately it did not work for him. he said he did not notice any difference after taking the medication when he couldn't sleep- it did not make him feel tired or help him go to sleep at all.

ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid is priced too high and after taking it a couple of nights in a row it actually causes me to have a harder time sleeping.

A few hours later I drifted off to sleep. Maybe it was ZzzQuil, but if so, it took too long for it to kick in. Maybe it just does not agree with me. I had an okay experience. No weird reactions to it.

It did not work for me, I am a very light sleeper and was hoping that this might help me fall asleep sooner without having to use any prescribed sleep aids. I did not feel a deep sleep after taking these and could still hear noises through the night. It wasn't until almost dawn that I would say I started to feel really drowsy.
