I feel like I may be sensitive to this medication because I was groggy in the mornings after. I still recommend it for people that need help sleeping. It can really help put you to bed.

I sleep fairly decent anyways, but there are times I wake up feeling tired. I didn't feel any different than usual. If I had sleeping problems I'm sure this would probably help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So it made me fall asleep. The problem I had with this and every other sleep aid, is I wake up groggy the next morning. Of course, maybe if I let myself sleep in rather then have an alarm wake me, it might be better. If you want something that will knock you out, this is the stuff. I did not deduct any stars for the groggy thing because that is with every sleep aid I've tried so I won't penalize it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, we rarely ever need sleep aids in this house. I am a very busy mother and caretaker and I have no problem sleeping. However, last week I did have occasion to require a sleep aid so I used the ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid sample. After taking the product, I did doze off to sleep within the hour. However, I awoke approximately four hours later (which is the same outcome I have when I take a NyQuil Cold Product). I was unable to go back to sleep nor use any other product to fall asleep with the short time left. I must say I did not have a headache or feel tired after taking the ZzzQuil and then waking up...but since I couldn't sleep the rest of the evening, I was dragging and lagging all day.

After I purchased more and use them twice a week, somehow the dosage got weaker, But if you need a sleeping aid once in a while, ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid is pretty helpful!

It helped me fall asleep quicker than usual however I did not stay asleep I continually woke up through the night as I usually do. 3 stars for it halfway working for me.

I do currently have problems sleeping and occasionally use over the counter sleep aids. This product did help me fall asleep and stay asleep all night. However, I felt really groggy in the morning after sleeping a full 8 hours. I could barely keep my eyes open almost to the point of it being hard to function the next morning. I would be willing to give it another try and see if it affects me differently. I don't really think this is the product for me, unless I can take it and then sleep until I naturally wake up the next day.

I have very long stressful weeks and I would at least like a day without waking up at 6-7 am per routine. I take one or two of these and I sleep soundly throughout the night. I like the liquid though compared to the capsules so i can control how much I take and I feel like it works faster. I can't really take it during the week because it makes me feel groggy in the morning. over all fantastic product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I can fall asleep within 10 minutes or less, but when I'm sick it's much longer. As long as I don't have to be awake for any reason very early the next day, zzQuill nighttime sleep aid will be the product I turn to. When sick, I am able to fall asleep restfully quicker than usual, and stay asleep. It's amazing how much quicker we heal when we're ablr to sleep fitfully. Thanks again!
