While it did help me get to sleep, I spent most of the next day feeling like I was in a fog. the product did not ware off on me until after lunch time. I cant feel drugged all day. That is as inefficient as not sleeping at night.

Unfortunately, the times I have taken it, it doesn't seem to help with my sleep. The next morning, I feel the same as any other days in which I don't take the sleep aid. I will have to test them out more to find more accurate results and evaluate the effectiveness of this product.

I sleep fairly decent anyways, but there are times I wake up feeling tired. I didn't feel any different than usual. If I had sleeping problems I'm sure this would probably help.

This product did help me get some sleep after about 2 weeks of constant waking up at night. I did not wake up when I used the product, but I felt drugged up for about an hour in the morning.

I love that it is non habit forming and there was no droggy feeling the next day

I don't sleep well and toss and turn most of the time. I followed the directions on the package and it worked but not as well as I expected. Still tossed and turned but not as much. So I decided to give it another try when I get to the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does for sure work, it makes me very sleepy, however recent studies have linked its frequent use to Parkinson's disease, so i definitely want to avoid it. I'd recommend getting some good Sleepytime tea with valerian root instead - it is about as effective and not linked to dementia.

I fell asleep quickly, but did not stay asleep, so I did not enjoy a refreshing sleep. I was surprised because Nyquil works wonders, even though I have a cold. I was expecting better results from the ZzzQuil.

It definitely didn't work in the advertised 30 minutes and although I fell asleep easier than without it I didn't feel as rested as I would have liked. ZZZQuil is good for those nights when you just need to sleep but not if you are needing to feel completely rested up. I haven't used many nighttime sleep aids so I may try other types and see how effective they are.
