They only give you enough for one night so I was unable to try it a second time to see if I had a different outcome. So based on my experience I would not recommend it.

I did fall asleep within 45 or so but I was up within 4 hours, which is not what I expected. No real drowsy side effects when I woke up nor did I drag throughout the day, which is a plus, however the fact that I only slept 4 hours was it's downfall.

On all those occasions I was given one dosage and did not notice a different. Advertisement claim you can “Catch some quality zzz's” but I noticed no different, I still tossed and turned and had a hard time falling asleep. I eventually resorted to my regular night routine. In my honest opinion I would rather opt to buy a generic or store brand product and would not use my money to buy even with a coupon. Sorry ZzzQuil, I normally trust the manufacturer for NYQuil with colds and flu but this is a miss.

I honestly can say that I could not tell a difference one way or the other. When taking the ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid, I did not fall asleep faster nor did I get a more restful sleep. It was an average night for me. I would like to point out that I also did not have any side effects whatsoever, and that may be important for anyone looking for a nighttime sleep aid. I have left reviews for this before. this is not worth the effort of taking it. i am not a "big" person by any measure, yet a double dose (four capsuls) has absolutely no effect on me. basic otc antihistamine tablet (one) will knock me out like a light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zzzzquil Nightime Sleep-aid works sometimes. I have difficulty falling asleep and then staying asleep. These are very helpful for falling asleep, however, they do not work for me to remain asleep. Not interested in taking meds nightly to fall asleep. Besides, it has an antihistamine in it, so, wonder what longterm effects it will have if used regularly for sleep how will an antihistamine work when really needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the ZzzQuil at times instead of the NyQuil. I fall asleep in not time and get about 3-4 hours of good sleep but it does not keep me asleep the whole 8 hours like the NyQuil does. A few hours is better than none.
