Hello. We are sorry the Dash Everyday Ice Cream Maker did not freeze properly. One important note it to make sure your freezer is at 0°F or lower for the Cooling Bowl to freeze properly. Please ensure the bowl remains in there for at least 8-12 hours before using. Hope this helps!

Hello Tammy. We are so glad you grandchildren are enjoying making ice cream with the Dash Everyday Ice Cream Maker and are making fun memories! For the ice pops, please ensure they remain in the freezer for a minimum of 5 hours (however times can vary based on recipes). To remove from the ice pop mold, please run under warm water to loosen.
