It came in a new box and looked new but the product was filthy with stains all over it and had to be cleaned. I’ve not used it yet but hope it works and was not a used product .

Seems to be good quality...better than I thought for the price was hoping I wouldn’t be disappointed...can’t wait to try it...all natural and fresh foods

Enjoying the ice cream maker. Easy to make recipes with, also easy to clean and maintain. Tried just about every recipe with the book that was included with the product that I ordered.

My family just finished our first batch of chocolate peanut butter ice cream with a few dark chocolate chips sprinkled in and everyone gave it two thumbs up! Well, everyone but my son... he gave it 90 thumbs up! Ha ha

It just arrived today, but when I took apart the machine to wash it, it was super easy to separate the parts, especially the lid! Plus it has more volume than the smaller one, so more ice cream!
