I love this salad when it has more lettuce. This bag was mostly red cabbage!

Great crisp and lasts a week not get spoiled fast.

This works well in preparing cole slaw for large events.

This made a great cole slaw with sugar free slaw dressing and natural mayonnaise plus some seasonings. The cabbage is fresh.

We adore this coleslaw! You can use it in soups, stir fry, make it a salad…It is delicious fresh and inexpensive. And I cannot find it anymore. Please PLEASE bring it back to the Torrance,CA warehouse. We miss it!

This is such a good value that I usually pick it up once or twice a month. However, I use it in cooked applications (stir fry and soup) and only have to cut up some of the very large pieces. To me, it is cut way too large to use as coleslaw unless I was in a pinch and used the food processor. If they chopped it smaller, I would give it 5 stars for sure.

This product used to be great. It was crisp and fresh. Perfect for tacos and salads. BUT, about 6 months ago, it started coming wet. Like it was washed and not dried. It’s a soggy mess in every bag. I just don’t understand why anyone would want soggy vegetables on purpose.
