This bag of mix is a good-sized quantity, and not too thinly or thickly sliced. Stays fresh a long time if stored well. I use it in my Keto Crackslaw.

This is an excellent part of the foundation of a good salad. I mix 1/2 greens and 1/2 coleslaw to get a crunchy crisp salad with an excellent mix of phytochemicals. I try to eat a salad daily.

Good product if doesn’t expire before use. Don’t know why it’s not put out so it has such short good by date. Maybe company is sending Sam’s not their freshest product.

I use this for multiple dishes, Coleslaw of course, but also seafood burritos & tacos, stir fry, Asian dishes in general, Omeletes, etc. I keep it in my fridge quite frequently. Thumbs up 👍🏽.

Love this coleslaw and always order to have in house. Great cooked or raw as a salad base . The last few times delivered with expiration either same day or already expired. Please check dates . No one can eat this much Cole slaw if expiration is same day or in a day or two. Wish delivery shoppers picked out products as if they were feeding their own families.
