Most "prepped" (i.e. sliced, diced, chopped, cubed, etc.) veggies and fruits are such bad deals I'd rather slice/dice/chop/shred myself. Hard to justify chopping/shredding cabbage with this value-price bag, though. What's more, to replicate this Tri-Color Slaw would require me to get multiple heads of cabbage - white and purple - to do it myself. As long as you can use 2 pounds before it gets wilty/soggy/mushy, this is the way to go!

Good tasting blend & adequate size. Used with pork carnitas.

I use this in my fish tacos. Crunchy and perfect add on for tacos or BBQ.
