I purchased a physical card for my son for Christmas and when I tried to activate on 12/25. It gave me an issue stating invalid code. I've been communicating back and forth with Roblox customer service and they told me that the card number was active. However, from that time that I gave the number to customer service to the time I received my e-mail, someone had used my number. I don't know how, but now I'm out $50 and my son has no gift card. I don't know who stole my number because they won't tell me, but I would be leery buying a physical card from now on.

My kid opened this Christmas morning and was excited to use this but the card that I ordered online and received in the mail is not activated and on Sam’s online it says to call the number on the back of the third party gift card and there is no number. The card says must be activated at register.

I PURCHASED THIS GIFT CARD ON SATURDAY FROM SAMS CLUB TO GIVE TO MY NEPHEW ON HIS BIRTHDAY THAT MONDAY. WHEN WE TRIED TO ENTER IT, IT SAYS PIN NUMBER INVALID. THERE ARE MANY OF THE SAME REVIEWS LISTED ON HERE, BUT I DIDNT LISTEN. DONT BE LIKE ME AND SO MANY OTHERS. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THESE CARDS DO NOT WORK!!!

I purchased an onlyline gift card in January to receive the Virtual Item of the Backpak. It was gifted on Valentines Day in February. I was unable to receive or activate the Virtual Item because I did not redeem the card in January??? Any help is appreciated

Don’t waste your money on this! It did not work, said the card was invalid or either it wasn’t activated when purchased. Therefore I was out of 50 bucks because you cannot return gift cards. I was out of money and my little 6 year old nephew was out of a gift. Very bad!
