the card didn't work i put the code it 5 times but no luck

I wish Roblox would give more for your money spent

So I bought this and when I got it the code didn’t work

code doesnt even look like a regular roblox code and it didnt work, 100$ in the drain

the card was not activated properly, now i have to call the 1800walmart .
