My roblox card did not work automatically

I got it as a Christmas gift for my grandson.

the card was not activated properly, now i have to call the 1800walmart .

It wqs a normal thing it worked I might buy more I don’t know tho

the card didn't work i put the code it 5 times but no luck

Sucks my baby credits did not upload at all 50$ gone

It said is my wasn’t any money on there so I don’t know what to do

Shopper did not activate the card my autism son couldn’t use the card . And I’m unable to drive
