Do not buy this greenhouse is you're area gets even wild wind. A few of my panels blew off at 40km/hr winds. Now we got 80km/hr winds (greenhouse is rated for 90) and my greenhouse is gone. Spend a bunch of money and time setting it up. I went above and beyond their installation recommendations even cementing the base into the ground and cross bracing all of the panels. The material all the structural components are made of are very thin.

Ok. So I researched this product purchase for about a year before actually picking something. Some of the things that I had to take into consideration was price and stability. I did not want to spend more than $500 and I wanted it to last. This same greenhouse varied in price from site to site and the cheapest I could find was here on Walmart.com. I don't know what people are talking about with the directions not being clear. Each of the pieces have a sticker with the correlating number on them. If you don't know how to read numbers then this greenhouse isn't for you--- I guess stick to the greenhouses that have a tarp over the top of them. Beyond this , yes, it took me, one person, about 8 hours to put together. If I would have had help, it would have went quicker. The whole thing is about 85 lbs. I didn't buy the anchoring kit thinking that I could buy the pieces individually cheaper from Home Depot. . . I was wrong. I saved about 3 dollars. lol. So just buy the anchoring kit. It is NOT going anywhere now that I have it anchored though. You can't move it unless a truck were to hit it. I love the room that it has (I bought the 6x8) and pretty cool that the shelves can attach to the walls. I would say that this is a great choice. The only complaint is that I have, is that I wish that the house had at least 6mm paneling but, I for the life of me, couldn't find anything for under $500 with this feature so I guess I wont be gardening in January.... I did however buy a solar powered fan on Amazon for $50 that has a solar panel you put on the roof. I also bought the vent wall kit which I think is a necessity. The automatic vent opener is awesome and one lees thing I have to worry about. I am trying to figure out how to get a heater in there. So we'll see.

I love it! I received the green version of this for Xmas from my husband. I laid a brick foundation and mounted it on top of 4 x 4's and anchored those to the ground. I had one of the little cheapo plastic green houses and it only lasted 2 seasons because of the wind. This is SOOOO much better! I wish it was a little more flexible, meaning easier to possibly take down in the summer and pout back up in the spring but I will get used to it. Instructions were pretty easy until I got to the triangle peaks. I think they should label the triangle panels so that you have the correct isosceles. I purchased the automatic window opener that keeps it at 80 degrees in 60 degree weather. Anxious to see how hot it will be in the summer. Excited to break it in this season!

I ordered the greenhouse, two shelves, and a tie down kit and everything arrived at the same time and in good condition. The greenhouse was pretty easy to put together and it took two people about 5 hours to complete, including the tie down. When assembling the tie down, although it looks pretty easy on the picture instructions, I recommend you read the written instructions first. We installed the tie down and realized we had too many extra parts, so read the instructions and had to redo. The shelves were a snap to install and are easily moved. We are very pleased with the Palram and with no cloud cover today, the greenhouse heated up nicely. It is both attractive and functional and I would recommend.

The product was shipped and received in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, when I received my product the box was damaged. There are several broken parts and one missing piece. I called to have the parts replaced. Mrs. Stephanie (the customer service representative) was very nice and helpful. A couple of the parts are on back order so I won’t be able to assemble my greenhouse anytime soon. I will continue my review once I get the parts.

Everything was included and was delivered 5 days ahead of scheduled delivery. I am 73 years old and it took me two and a half afternoons to put it together. Put it together in a flat spot away from a corner first, then you can move it a few feet after.

Overall a good hobby greenhouse for the price. Putting it together is a nightmare. Takes two people to install. Allow at least a day, maybe more, and don't try to do it if there is any wind at all. The instructions are pictures only, and difficult to understand in places. Some steps are missing from the instructions, causing some backtracking to go back to undo what was already done in order to re-do. The panels are not numbered but should have been. Some of the pictures don't clearly show the orientation of parts. Written notes in the steps would have helped. The door and vent panel are a little flimsy. The bottom of the door has a magnet, but the top pulls away from the greenhouse in the wind. It would have been better if it came with full length door frame parts rather than piecing together short pieces. The wall panels are not very stiff; a good push on one could easily pop it out of frame. We could not get the diagonal frame supports to line up at all. Overall, the major components fit together.

Once fully assembled it seems to be fairly sturdy. A lot of pieces and only pictures to go bye when putting it together. I highly recommend that you have a prebuilt totally level base for it otherwise the last parts won't quite line up. After assembly I went ahead and screwed it down to a wooden deck and caulked the seams which took away any rattling and even seem to make the door work better (less flexing).

So I receieve the kit in the mail, and it took about 10 hours total to assemble. Warning to customers, follow instructions carefully and be patient with yourself! Lay out lots of time and plan to do only that and your greenhouse will work great. I got tbe anchors too but havent had to set them uo yet because its very sturdy on its own! Every piece has a purpose, and it was great they included some extras in case problems arose!

I would have given it 5 stars but 2 of the panels were slightly damaged because they were shipped in the same box with the frame. l called the company and they sent me 2 new panels. The greenhouse looks expensive and has held up in heavy rain and 59 mph wind gust. I like the greenhouse a lot.
