We couldn't be more pleased with our greenhouse. My husband was so impressed at how all of the parts fit together (screw holes matching, right lengths, etc.) Last night we had a wind that took a 10" live branch from a tree and our greenhouse stood through it all. We would definitely recommend to our friends. In fact truthfully, I wish we'd bought a bigger one.

My plants got too big and too many to bring into the house in cold weather. We researched several greenhouses. This size and construction materials (made of high grade materials) were perfect for us. Of coarse the price and wonderful reviews and how to videos made it easy to put together. When we received out greenhouse we were a bit surprised by the size of the box! No way could this small box hold the materials to make a 6'x8' greenhouse. We however were pleasantly surprised. If directions are followed as written 2 people can easily assemble this greenhouse and a sturdy 6'x8' wooden platform in a day. And it IS 6'x8' and very sturdy ! There is plenty room to hold all of our plants and then some. We would recommend this greenhouse to anyone.

I had to wait a few days after setting this up to leave a review because I knew if I reviewed it the same day I would have nothing nice to say. It took two people 8 hours to set this up, it was a pain to say the least. Make sure you set it up on a flat surface and plan for plenty of setup time. One plastic piece arrived broken and one panel appears to be crimped from folding. I did not request replacement parts but I expect the retailer would send them for free if I had. A few components seem a little cheap like the arm that holds the window open and the door but overall I think it will serve me well for my first greenhouse. Now that it is put together, I am excited to start some plants in there.

Once fully assembled it seems to be fairly sturdy. A lot of pieces and only pictures to go bye when putting it together. I highly recommend that you have a prebuilt totally level base for it otherwise the last parts won't quite line up. After assembly I went ahead and screwed it down to a wooden deck and caulked the seams which took away any rattling and even seem to make the door work better (less flexing).

I ordered the greenhouse, two shelves, and a tie down kit and everything arrived at the same time and in good condition. The greenhouse was pretty easy to put together and it took two people about 5 hours to complete, including the tie down. When assembling the tie down, although it looks pretty easy on the picture instructions, I recommend you read the written instructions first. We installed the tie down and realized we had too many extra parts, so read the instructions and had to redo. The shelves were a snap to install and are easily moved. We are very pleased with the Palram and with no cloud cover today, the greenhouse heated up nicely. It is both attractive and functional and I would recommend.

I really like it. Thinking I should have gone for the larger one. Just follow the instructions step by step and it goes together easily. Once you get the accessories there is a little extra cost. It is versatile and has quite a lot of room. It's very well constructed and fits together perfectly.

During the set-up process, we discovered several pieces weren't labeled so inventory required eliminating what was labeled vs what wasn't. We had to specifically match parts with measurements referenced in the assembly parts list and diagrams. Not impressed with the overall quality and once the kit was assembled it looked like a plastic shipping crate. For $500 it simply wasn't worth the price or the hassle. Also being a renter, having to disassemble this crate-type structure would be a hassle. Arched livestock panels with heavy plastic or cold frames would be a much easier way to start and extend the growing season. For those who dont mind the shipping crate look and busy assemby process, my recommendation would be to ensure the ground or platform is level in all directions. Make sure you have the recommended tools listed and having a 6' level was ideal. If this 6' x 6' greenhouse was $200 or less, I may have kept it and left it for the next renter.

Everything was included and was delivered 5 days ahead of scheduled delivery. I am 73 years old and it took me two and a half afternoons to put it together. Put it together in a flat spot away from a corner first, then you can move it a few feet after.

Ok. So I researched this product purchase for about a year before actually picking something. Some of the things that I had to take into consideration was price and stability. I did not want to spend more than $500 and I wanted it to last. This same greenhouse varied in price from site to site and the cheapest I could find was here on Walmart.com. I don't know what people are talking about with the directions not being clear. Each of the pieces have a sticker with the correlating number on them. If you don't know how to read numbers then this greenhouse isn't for you--- I guess stick to the greenhouses that have a tarp over the top of them. Beyond this , yes, it took me, one person, about 8 hours to put together. If I would have had help, it would have went quicker. The whole thing is about 85 lbs. I didn't buy the anchoring kit thinking that I could buy the pieces individually cheaper from Home Depot. . . I was wrong. I saved about 3 dollars. lol. So just buy the anchoring kit. It is NOT going anywhere now that I have it anchored though. You can't move it unless a truck were to hit it. I love the room that it has (I bought the 6x8) and pretty cool that the shelves can attach to the walls. I would say that this is a great choice. The only complaint is that I have, is that I wish that the house had at least 6mm paneling but, I for the life of me, couldn't find anything for under $500 with this feature so I guess I wont be gardening in January.... I did however buy a solar powered fan on Amazon for $50 that has a solar panel you put on the roof. I also bought the vent wall kit which I think is a necessity. The automatic vent opener is awesome and one lees thing I have to worry about. I am trying to figure out how to get a heater in there. So we'll see.
