I ordered the tires and three days later returned for a 1 hour appointment. The staff was professional and the service was prompt. This is the fifth set of tires I have purchased at this Sam's Club over the past 10 years. I utilize the lifetime rotation and balance by returning periodically for the service. This helps extend the tire treadwear life and provides a smooth ride. I am very pleased with the Sam's club service and I recommend them to friends and family. Thomas

One tire after a week lost pressure while driving 70 MPH on the highway. PSI dropped from 38 to 4psi in 5 to 8 minutes. After a 2 hour wait they found nothing wrong with the tire. It has now been 2 weeks and the tire is fine. No reason or possible explanation was ever given.

We expected good performance but were surprised at how well they performed. Great handling on dry surfaces and in the rain. They are very quiet, we hear significantly less road sounds. A very smooth ride. We are so impressed we going to buy a set for my wife's SUV.

AFTER FULLY EXPLAINING I was buying new tpms sensors and was told thatbwas fine they would ninstall them when they put the tires on. When i brought them in the tire guys refused to put the new sensors on so I returned the tires. The bigger issue was the attitude the tire guy and then the manager gave me about returning the tires. I will ever shop tires hers again and i have 5 cars we all used to buy our tires here .. NOT ANYMORE! We will see how much if any Samsclub care about thier customers and if they reach out to rectify the situation. That will determine if i ever buy anything in the stor or not after all we also have a BJ's less than a mile away.
