As much as I love scoops, I prefer them to be whole and not crushed. My two bags were shipped in a box too small. The bags were pushed down to make them fit, busting open the bottom bag causing the chips to spill out and the chips in that bag to get stale. The top bag had crushed chips. The box was taped shut with a hump over the bags of scoops. Not a great experience.
