I've slept on tempur-pedic mattress for over ten years now. i owned my first mattress for nine years, and my back started hurting. so last year i go over to a mattress store near my home, cause i know the brand i want. i tell the sells rep, I've have some back issues in the past. i need a new mattress !! so she tells me about the really firm mattress that temur-pedic , but there is no display in the store. i bought it base on her word, and my prior temur-pedic mattress. i haven't had a good night sleep since I've had this mattress!! its remains very very hard!! i wake feeing like I've played football all night. SORE all over. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a bigger guy, I had always had trouble with mattresses and waking up with neck and back pain. I had bought inexpensive mattresses and they were too soft, or too firm, or had springs right in my ribs. I could not believe the difference the TempurPedic made. I was skeptical spending so much, but this could be the best purchase I've ever made.. seriously I sleep with no pain, and wake up refreshed and ready to go. I would encourage anyone to test out the style they like and make the investment.

This is our second mattress, so anyone can see we are not buying any other brand. Our grandkids love to take naps on our mattress. Just try the Tempus-pedic, all you aches and pains will go away. My husband has had back surgery, we both have arthritis issues. My advice is pay the extra money and get a product which you will enjoy for many. many years.

This is my second Tempur-Pedic. The mattress delivered is completely unlike the version I tested in a Tempur-Pedic showroom. It is as hard as a rock. My backache this morning is painful. My online sales receipt says "ProAdapt" but does not specify ProAdapt or ProAdapt 1.0 or Pro Adapt 2.0. Yes, I was confused when the warranty drop down gave those 3 choices. The tag on my mattress says 2.0. How was I to know there is more than one version? I am told by customer service I probably tried an older version. 2.0 is currently being shipped. Nothing can be done until the 30 night trial is over. So, I am supposed to be sleep deprived for 30 nights, on this brick that was delivered to my house? I am not interested in letting the mattress confirm to my body or breaking it in. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic for the worst night's' I can remember. Fortunately, I kept my old mattress to give to a women's shelter. Unfortunately, they will not be getting it because the old mattress from 2006 is by far better than this misrepresentation.

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. Like most consumers I understand that the Tempur range is not the most budget friendly options. Having said this - you only really buy a bed every 5 - 10 years and our Tempur-ProAdapt has changed the game. Gone are aches and pains, full night sleep, no tossing no turning. I cannot stress enough what a difference there is between our TempurPedic and any of the previous beds I have ever owned. I cannot go back to any other brand ! Love this bed !

We gave it some time to break in and now the both of us love this bed! It gives us both the support and comfort we are looking for.

We love it! Very comfortable. Great for my back and good nights sleep. The only complaint is we have a terrible time keep the two twin beds together. It's best you purchase the frame and head bound at the time of purchase. We requested a queen size. The salesman told it was. It was really king size bed. Which takes up too much room.

It is pretty hard and solid when you first lay down but it is never cold and your body does not have to take time to warm the mattress, I love that. I love that I just slightly melt into the surface of the firmness and off I go to sleep. This is our second firm temperpedic, they are really the best, expensive but they last and the comfort, technology and construction are unsurpassed. Flawless online purchase, competent delivery and set up of mattress set. Satisfied customer for sure.
