Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. After 4 hours get woken up by neck,shoulder and back pain.

This is the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned! I have back issues and the medium firm hybrid has helped reduce back pain significantly

So far the mattress is performing very well. Very supportive yet not hard. My wife and I are sleeping better than ever.

Both my wife and I have back issues but this mattress is too firm. For the cost we expected a more comfortable sleep.

Horrible!! So hard!! we bought it, used it a couple of weeks and had to go back to old mattress!! Waiting for the return period to return it.

At first it was a little too firm but after about a month it was really comfortable. Still very firm the way I like my mattress.
