I've had my Pro-Adapt Soft mattress for nearly 6 weeks, and I'm still just sleeping on top of it. It's not conforming to my body at all. I tried walking on it daily to break it in more quickly, but that didn't seem to make a difference. My shoulders get sore when I sleep on my sides, and my back hurts in the morning. I would definitely say it's not worth the cost.

My experience at this store was beyond excellent if there was 10 stars I would give it to that store.Mike the manager at this store sold the bed to my wife and I he is very knowledgeable about the product .He knew everything there was to know about all of the temperpedic line.I love my bed very much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mattress after months of research online. We had slept on a Temper-Pedic two years ago on vacation and it was the best week of sleep. I finally just bought this one, and when I say I have never slept better, its an understatement. I actually sleep through the night now, and my husband who has a bad back hasn't complained in one month. It was a costly investment, but after the great sleep we are getting it is well worth it.

It's been a month and I already love my bed. It doesn't suck me in (which I don't like in a mattress), it's not hot at all and it's just the right amount of comfy softness. Just amazing. A friend of mine laid on my bed as she's looking for a new mattress and she was floored! All around 5 stars. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for an amazing product!

This mattress for a 275 pound man is perfect. I was falling within my Serta iComfort Series and the Temperpedic Pro Adapt has better support and the Serta was broken in for 5 years the Serta was causing back pain. The Temperpedic seems to be broken in already after 3 weeks but it is the Firm model and seems to give a more even cushioning it has gotten a little softer where I press my weight though. It is very comfortable.

Both wife and I have had multiple back surgeries and still suffer significantly with back pain. This mattress has made sleep for us a little easier. We both wish the queen size mattress and adjustable base were available in split configuration like king size are.

I'm a 130 lb side sleeper and my partner is a 185 lb side sleeper. The mattress was very firm when it arrived. After sleeping on it about 2 weeks, it softened to the point where we just sunk down into it. No support. Horrible back pain. We gave it 5 weeks total but eventually returned it to the store.

The light really is an asset when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The white glove experience on delivery was above my expectations and they followed all safe guidelines surrounding covid. We even got a follow up call from a supervisor to question the delivery. A++

I waited to post this review to give this mattress a good test. We have had it 4 months now and it sleeps great. It's amazing how much more rested my wife and I are each morning after sleeping on our TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid Mattress as compared to our traditional spring mattress. My wide wears a Fitbit to bed and often gets sleep scores in the upper 80s to 90 with this mattress. We added a thin mattress protector so we could fully feel the comfort and coolness of the Tempur foam layer. It's not hot like some foam beds. Free delivery and free hauling away of the old mattress were added bonuses.

Our only issue is that the mattress is so very heavy that we do not have the strength to rotate it from time to time, as suggested in the instructions for break-in and ongoing care. And there are no handles sewn into the mattress to help with lifting and moving.
