We had a mattress for a year but it was very uncomfortable. We upgraded to the Tempurpedic ProAdapt and have been much happier. As I write this we have been using this mattress for nearly a year. It's just envelopes you in the perfect way . . .now if we could just find pillows that we love as much as our mattress.

I wasn't sure the cooling would be noticeable but man it is and I'm so grateful for it one of my biggest complaints of the allura was just how hot I got on it

I was sleeping on a 20+ year old mattress with a down mattress topper that was getting along in years also- needing a new bed I tried everything I could lay on. After going back to the same store 4 times I decided on the Pro adapt Hybrid because of the give and bounce from the springs and the promise of sleeping cooler with the cooling cover and the cooling layer. After sleeping on this bed for 3 weeks I was still very unsure of it, it didn't feel cushy enough and it is definitely not cooler (I sleep very warm). I recently spent the night at my brothers house sleeping on a firmer tempur-pedic and now my bed feels much more comfortable in comparison. So far so good, just really wish it was actually cooler and didn't hold the heat so drastically- even with cooling sheets. I'm really liking the comfort level at this point but my lower back pain and knee pain isn't much better. Fingers crossed for continual improvement the longer I sleep on it and get used to it. Just wish I loved it the way I wanted to love my new very expensive mattress.

I've suffered back pain due to bad mattress and pillow. The firm Tempur pedic mattress is the only mattress that helped ease the pain and offered a good night sleep. My other half loves it just as must as I do. I love the fact that is contour to my every move without that sinking feeling from most foam mattress. It's pricey but we'll worth the money.

This bed is a must! Yes, it is expensive but this mattress is worth every penny. It comes with a 10 year warranty which gives you a hint as to the quality and effectiveness of this product. I finally have a bed that supports me and my joints. With the adjustable base, additional comfort is available. My favorite setting is the sleep setting coupled with the vibrating feature. I don't have a negative comment to share about this mattress. Try it out and see for yourself how much a good night's rest effects your day to day living.

On this mattress, if my muscles are tired form working out, I seem to be able to relax more and float off into sleep with out feeling any contact with the bed itself! This is our second set of Tempur-pedic spit king mattresses. They have been great. Our first set developed a dip in the middle after 9 1/2 years. I contacted the company and they made good on their warranty with no problems. I have recommended their product to several people. We have Tempur-pedic split king beds in two locations and we sleep great in both.

My experience is that I REALLY believe the commercials that I see in TV that recommend this mattress to people. At first, I was not able to adjust it to make me comfortable. I had my boyfriend and I sleeping on a slant and we were hanging on for dear life... But now, I got this!!! I have the bed PERFECT!!!! Nothing else need to be said..!

We unfortunately had to use our warranty because our mattress was sagging after 4 years. We decided to upgrade to a better mattress. When delivered it felt like a concrete slab! We slept one night & it was miserable, called Tempurpedic the next morning & we were told we could NOT exchange for a different mattress because it was a warranty replacement! SO, apparently Tempurpedic can send out any crappy mattress they want & if it's a warranty replacement the customer has ZERO RECOURSE! Unbelievable that they would treat 15+ years customers like this!!
