Our Tempur-ProAdapt -firm, king bed is the best bed ever. We purchased the Ergo Base (2) to make it a king. The vibration and ability to lift both head and feet is wonderful. The gentle vibration feels fabulous. We are getting the best night's sleep and wake rested and feeling great!

The pro adapt doesn't cool quite like I thought it would. The mattress cover itself is very slick and you tend to slide around a lot when trying to get comfortable. I have the "soft" mode and wouldn't consider it to be soft, it's medium at best. There are more than likely cheaper options out there with equal comfort levels.

We thought by now, we'd either love it or hate it. However, we have some good nights sleep and others where the firm mattress is "too" hard. We may end up switching it for the medium; we didn't think it would take this long to make a decision - - still not sure it's for us.

Excellent sleep on new mattress I've dealt with a lower back problem of herniated disks for years and had a tempurpedic 12 in mattress for about 17 years and noticed it needed replacing this new mattress is a firm and we both love the sleep we've had thanks for awesome product

This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. I owned the original for 15 years and loved it. I searched and tried the entire TP line to get the model that was closest to what I knew and landed on the Pro Adapt. Started with the medium and it became much too soft. Serious back pain in the morning. I then exchanged for a firm, which also just doesn't work for me because it seems to be equal parts squish and firm, which doesn't sync up with my brain. Every night I get into bed and wonder why it isn't more firm, or slightly more soft. It's a curious and uncomfortable mix of both. BE AWARE you can only make a return/exchange once. This second attempt left me with a very expensive bed that I can't return or change - it would be great if they changed this policy ☹️

Best mattress purchase we've made in many years. I thought the price of our new mattress was a little more than what we were willing to pay, but, we took a leap of faith... The wife and I can't believe how we no longer toss and turn during our sleep... Well worth the money... We'll not own anything else...... It has eliminated my wife's hip joint pains... We also purchased the adjustable platform and it has helped with my acid reflux that happens when I eat spicy foods too late... What can I say? We know we bought well..... Thanks

This mattress is way too firm, actually it's hard. It is like sleeping on the floor. I really hope to fall in love with it but I'm having my doubts. I've read that there is an "adjustment" period, but I don't know if that means the bed will soften up or that I will get use to the hardness. The sample at the store was firm but very comfortable and I could feel it contouring to my body, but my bed did zero contouring. I am very disappointed but it has only been one night. Actually the idea of having to adjust to a bed is a bit ridiculous. i don't know if I can exchange the bed for Medium firmness but I may try. Remember too that the mattresses at the store have been repeatedly sat and layed on so over time they soften up. I don't have that sort of time, plus I weight 170 and I sleep alone so will my body weight alone soften the bed up enough for me to really find comfort and joy my expensive purchase. Overall the bed is beautiful and well made. Quality is top of the line.

First let me say the mattress feels great... then you fall asleep and suddenly you wake up HOT! I live in Illinois keep my house at 65 degrees and I'm still HOT. That's also considering our bedroom is the coldest room in the house. That so called cooling is only to the touch once you fall asleep it will retain your body heat. The others mattresses DO NOT KEEP YOU COOL, they merely keep you cooler than their regular mattress... so if you're a hot sleeper STAY AWAY!
