Mattress is replacing while I have had for the past 10 years. I absolutely love my new mattress it is very firm which is needed for my back issues. I slept great the first night and since then, no time to adjust to a new feel, it was amazingly comfortable.

This is our second Tempur-pedic mattress ,our first one we bought 16 years ago ,when they first came out & all it had was one thick piece of foam & as for me i didn't see anything wrong with it ,but my wife was having back problems ,so we bought the Pro-adapt firm & now she has no more back pain ,not everyone will like the firm mattress ,but we are very happy with it.We looked at other brands, but we kept coming back to the Tempur-pedic,it is higher than our old mattress ,but we are getting used to it.

I love my new TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft mattress! I am a curvy middle-aged woman and I've finally found a super comfortable mattress that fully supports my lower back and hips in any sleeping position. I no longer awaken with sore hips and shoulders, and I sleep more soundly during the night because I'm not constantly changing positions to relieve pressure points. It's amazing how much more rested I feel in the morning and I've even started waking up before my alarm goes off!

Our previous Tempur-pedic was 20 years old plus and definitely needed to be replaced. This time we bought a split king with an adjustable base because we both need to raise our heads and my husband needs to raise his feet a little also. The ProAdapt soft mattress has proved to be very comfortable for both of us whether we sleep on our side or our back. We both have different types of back issues and I have problems with sciatic nerve so the comfort of this mattress is extremely important to us and we just love it. I can only think of one negative issue and that's it can be difficult to change the sheets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress is extremely comfortable and in combination with the mechanized lifts it makes for a truly wonderful combination to maximize both sleep and reading or using the tablet. Sleep mode is incredibly comfortable, especially combined with the tempurpedic pillow. This is a bed we use as a relaxation escape from everyday stress. It is truly wonderful. Highly recommend. Purchased the ProAdapt Firm king mattress ~1.5 years ago and is already in need of replacement, not comfy, indentations where we both lay, overall dissatisfied especially considering the price point. I should mention we also purchased the corresponding foundation, so the mattress is properly supported. Missed the window to return unfortunately, and instead was talked into a bed topper which did not help the situation either. The only positive is the "motion cancellation" I can't feel my spouse tossing and turning. We loved our 1st Tempur-Pedic, sorry to say we cannot say the same for the ProAdapt Firm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's only been a week since we purchased the ProAdapt, so far, so good. This mattress is great if you like a Firm mattress. When Tempur-Pedic says Firm, they really do mean Firm. It may take a few nights of sleep, to get use it. One thing that really made a difference, we purchased the Tempur-Pedic sheets. Cool and comfortable.

We are enjoying our mattress. It is firm and offers good support. We're sleeping better on it and our backs are much happier. It does not quite bend the way we expected with the adjustable base, it more raises up at an angle. But we are very happy with the support that it offers.

I was looking for a bargain price mattress to replace a current mattress. I found many that were comfortable and supportive. But then, I tried a Tempur-ProdAdapt Firm and then I new this was the one for me. At first, it seemed too firm after trying others. However, after sleeping on it for about two weeks, it is working great, supportive, and not too firm.
